I really hate leaving negative reviews but this just wasn’t good in my opinion. I ordered the NY style pizza – I think they just gave me a XL regular pepperoni pizza (the is no difference) Garlic butter was busted when the pizza got here. Pizza was not cut at all so I had to cut it when it got here. The pizza was also cold (to be fair it was pretty cold outside) honestly, I will probably just order the Brooklynn style pizza from dominos going forward it gives me more of the desired crust.
I feel bad for leaving this review because I called the store and all of the workers were very kind and even gave me a free pizza on my next order supposedly – however I won’t be ordering NY style again – I’ve been a “papa johns” is the best pizza guy for 15 years – not the case anymore.

I recently visited Pizza Palace, and I can confidently say it was one of the worst dining experiences of my life.
First off, the ambiance felt more like a dingy basement than a restaurant. The dim lighting did nothing to hide the sticky floors and questionable stains on the walls. I half expected to see a rat scurrying across the room.
Now, let’s talk about the pizza. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, and what arrived looked like a sad pancake with some rubbery cheese and a few sad slices of pepperoni barely clinging on. The crust was soggy and tasted like it had been frozen since the Ice Age. Each bite was a challenge, as I tried to figure out whether I was eating pizza or a kitchen disaster.
Service? Don’t get me started. The staff seemed more interested in scrolling through their phones than attending to customers. I had to wait 20 minutes just to get a refill on my drink, and when I finally flagged someone down, they acted like I was interrupting their very important Instagram scrolling.
To top it all off, the prices were absurd for what I received. I could have gotten a better meal from a gas station microwave.
In short, if you value your taste buds and sanity, stay far away from Pizza Palace. You’ll thank me later.

Alex A., the GM of this location is phenomenal! I walked in to pick up an online order and she treated me with a smile. We connected on our names both being Alex and it honestly made my day. She had the coolest sweatshirt on! She is genuinely kind and honestly doing a great job. I hope this company knows how much it means to have a great manager like Alex representing their brand. She has great energy! As a manager in the food industry as well, I’m happy to say I had a great experience today. I will definitely continue to come to this location just because of Alex 🙂 Keep it up Alex, you and your team!

Easily the worst service I’ve ever had from any chain restaurant. They decided to change my order without calling me and then leave items off that they didn’t have in stock. A simple phone call could have resolved the issue and items could have been changed out. No they decided to make the changes without any input. Rude staff and completely unprofessional.

Hot food, not Michelin star, but for the price point very good. I’ve ordered several times, both carry out and delivery, and I’ve found nothing to complain about. Staff is always very friendly and receptive to questions. Food is always hot, not dripping with grease, and exactly like the pictures.
