Adrian, the employee working up front, is a hardworking and respectful young man. He helped me with my McDonald’s app and was incredibly kind and patient with my entire family, making us feel truly welcome. His customer service was exceptional and made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. My kids had a great time playing and running around, and overall it was a really positive visit.

Everytime I order from this McDonald’s it’s always something missing and it to the point it’s getting annoying and it’s like I don’t understand how there missing the most simplest stuff everytime I order a drink it never come with a straw I never get my sauces and the lack of putting all the food I PAID FOR IN THE BAG , THIS IS THE WORST McDonald’s I have ever been to, dealt with all thee above. they really need better staff or something people that speaks fully English and understands it would be great!

Every time I come in this McDonald’s my fries are cold always cold. My burger looks like it’s always been sitting out for more than 20 minutes my frappe looks like they just squeezed the caramel sauce on the bottom. I’m only drinking caramel sauce.

The staff has a major attitude problem. They are very judgmental and they think anyone that carries a backpack is automatically homeless. And they treat you as such. I went in there and had PAID for my food on my app, I had my backpack with my SCHOOL things inside. As Im waiting for my food I was harassed by an older white lady asking me what exactly i ordered, even though i kept telling her my name that was on my order. She kept pressing me on what exactly i ordered. Then they want to try and tell me it’s because they have people who take other peoples orders. Poor excuse especially since i kept giving my name that associated with the order i placed on my app.

Years ago I wouldn’t have recommended, there was dirt in my food, it was slow food was cold….

But currently with this crew, Latina manager (I can tell by hearing her but didn’t see her) and two black kids at the front made sure my order was correct, hot, ready, and in a timely manner, and the gentleman that served the food, tall skinny kid with the rabbit tail was the icing on the cake, brought the food with elegance, perfect posture reassuring tone in his voice and great smile…. I can see him someday owning his own franchise leading an excellent crew…. The other tall guy with dreads was a pleasure too but I think this review is long enough

I’ve been coming here a couple times a week lately (don’t judge) and about every 3rd time the order is wrong even though they ask you to check it on the screen and verify your name/order at the window.

You have a homeless problem. You have homeless people holding signs and asking for money at drive-thru entrances. You need to remove them from those areas and get them proper help. Customers are there to order food, not to be pressured into being philanthropists.

Ordered 4 value meals for curbside pick-up. Waited about 5 minutes. The guy brought out the food. I checked before pulling out and I was missing 3 of the burgers. I called the phone number on the sign and told them they forgot the burgers. Thelady said she would be right out. Waited 5 minutes and nothing. Finally went in and nobody was even getting me the burgers. They had to fix them right then. They apologized and that was it. Make sure to always check order before driving off. It’s not the first time this has happened.

They gave me no large fry for what I paid. I called and the lady on the phone said “ok” if I leave a poor review. I live 3 minutes away. I asked for fresh. Not fresh. I asked for large. Not large. And she said “ok” so there’s that. They want poor ratings at this McDonald’s. I have the receipt, date, and. Time for accuracy.

On November 22, 2025, between 7:30 AM and 8:30 AM, the female employee working the register was extremely rude, aggressive, and argumentative toward both Uber Eats and DoorDash drivers. I witnessed one driver walk away after an interaction with her, and instead of moving on, she continued making rude remarks about the driver after they left.

What made the situation even worse was that she was the one causing the confusion, yet she claimed she was going to “report” the driver for a mistake that was actually hers. The driver was simply trying to assist another driver who had a question about the platform.

This kind of behavior creates a hostile environment and makes it difficult for delivery drivers to do their jobs. It reflects poorly on the store regardless of if you call her names in Spanish or English!!!
