From the first bite of your burger to your last french fry, quality is the most important ingredient at In-N-Out Burger. Since opening in 1948, we’ve been doing fresh the old-fashioned way. Our burgers are grilled to order made with juicy 100% beef patties and freshly baked buns. We only use crisp, fresh produce, our fries are hand-cut from whole potatoes, and our shakes are made from real ice cream.
Classic burger chain serving customizable burgers, hand-cut fries & shakes.

Reviews
· this is one of the best burgers in existence (must eat at least once)
· which means long painful wait for your hungry stomach during peak hours
· which also means packed seats when dining inside
· but its worth when their burgers cost 4-6$ USD as of October 2025
· i ordered their grilled whole onions = my favorite option
· always love their free tomato + free lettuce add-on
tldr: honestly this is really a life changing burger
Things changed as we got closer. If you’re unfamiliar, when there are workers outside at In n Out taking orders, they usually alternate vehicles; one person takes one car while the other takes the one behind that one. Whoever finishes the order they’re taking first proceeds to the next car. None of this happened this time. The Hispanic man was taking the order of the car in front of us while the Asian man was taking the order of the car in front of that one and ended up finishing first. So naturally I assumed that he would make his way to us so he could take our order. He didn’t.
He proceeds to walk towards us. But when he gets close enough to see who we are in the car, I notice he stops and then turns around, sort of acting as if he’s waiting for something or someone to come from the cars ahead in line. I also notice that as he’s doing this, he’s indiscreetly watching the Hispanic man take the order of the car in front of us, waiting for him to finish so that he could take our order instead of him. And that’s exactly what happened. Once the Hispanic man finished taking the order of the car in front of us, he comes to our car to take our order. The Asian dude keeps walking and continues to take the orders of the cars behind us normally.
So what was his problem? Could it be that he didn’t want to take the order of a car with 3 Black people in it? It may sound far fetched but it’s happened before (at a Chick Fil A in Chino Hills) and it’s the only explanation that makes sense. There was no reason for him to not take our order while the other guy was at the car ahead of us.
On top of all this, once we got to the window to pay, we had a back and forth with the girl who kept making it seem as if we didn’t give her enough money when in reality, the bills were sticking together and she didn’t realize it. That’s in addition to getting a shake that had obviously been sitting and was not thick, but thin and watery. It’s rare for In n Out to get things wrong on more than one level, but it’s enough for me to know that I won’t be back to this location anytime soon.
BUT – the fries I got were delicious except underneath the top one layer, were all the tiny little ends and pieces. Not nice. But even those crumbles were delish.
Those little peppers are SO good!
We’re happy to make the extra drive just to satisfy our In-N-Out craving. Consistent quality and top-notch service every time!
