From the first bite of your burger to your last french fry, quality is the most important ingredient at In-N-Out Burger. Since opening in 1948, we’ve been doing fresh the old-fashioned way. Our burgers are grilled to order made with juicy 100% beef patties and freshly baked buns. We only use crisp, fresh produce, our fries are hand-cut from whole potatoes, and our shakes are made from real ice cream.

Can’t say enough good things about this new in n out location. Waited in the drive thru which was about 25 cars long. Got our order in fast and the line was quick. My friends order was wrong (got a double instead of a triple) went inside and they fixed it right away. Yet another amazing in n out experience. I would recommend getting the protein and animal style double double with well done fries.

OK here we go again, I’ve been going to IN-N-OUT for years and I’m sorry to say I’ve never had this many issues at 1 location, This IN-N-OUT on Hamner in Eastvale just is not consistent sad to say, this location is closest to my residence so it’s convenient, I visited this location on August 4th, 2023 twice in the same night and both times my fries were cold and hard I don’t get it bcuz my burgers are always delicious, I visited first at 7:55 pm then again at 9:20 pm for myself and my family, check #196 & check #119 The young lady at the drive thru window had horrible customer service and no personality and the funny thing is I got her both times. I’m not looking for anything free here I’m just tired of being disappointed! IN-N-OUT is my favorite but I’m no longer visiting this location. Thank you!

Very great customer service and great food. I like to order my cheeseburger protein style which means wrapped in lettuce instead of having bread. I like to add pickles on mine too both employees Isiah and Emma went above and beyond in customer service helping my mother in law, thank you!

First trip to this In N Out which opened only recently. The service was quick and the facility was really clean including the bathroom. There was plenty of parking. But it could soon get really packed, if not already, during rush hour lunch with all the warehouses nearby. The drive thru is relatively fast as well.
