Ordered the new “Pappa Dipper” & it was cut normally like pizza slices instead of the strips illustrated on the app/advertisement. Pizza in general tasted horrible. We haven’t had Papa John’s in a while. What the heck happed to the sweet pizza sauce? Crust was like cardboard and as thin as the pizza box.

Never got my pizza 🙁
Got someone else’s pizza which I couldn’t eat.
We called to let them know what happened. They said they’d redeliver within 20 min but then an hour goes by, we call back, and they said they told us we asked for a refund…. Which isn’t true…. And wouldn’t have needed a 20 minute window quote…… so when we asked for yet another redeliver, the lady said “we will see what we can do”
So I still don’t know if I’m getting food

I had to pickup an order and when I arrived the doors were locked. I tried both sides of the door and it was still locked. I looked up the hours of the store ,and they closed at 1am. The employees of the store sat there and looked me dead in my face as if I was not out there for 10 minutes. I proceeded to call the store number and asked why were the doors locked and they put me on hold for TWO different mangers(“Issac & Gabriel”) NOT to have an answer as to why the doors were locked. I can understand if you lock one side of the doors because of the area you are in but to lock BOTH doors and say “they are open now” as if I was not standing out there trying to get their attention is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE.

William took my order wrong or something asked for a simple order of Tuscany cheese pizza with pepperonis I got no pepperonis and buffalo boneless wings he repeated it to me and I got plain chicken nuggets instead of buffalo boneless wings

Second time buying this supposedly delicious new Doritos quesadillas and the first time had burn crust and not enough chicken, looks like they could care less how good it comes out. This 2nd time around I took a picture of it and the Doritos seasoning was barely even visible. Looks like they just added one tiny dash on it. Definitely not worth buying again especially for $8. Hope I can help someone else out thinking about buying the Doritos quesadillas from here.

Ordered a large stuffed pepperoni pizza and the lady told me just pepperoni??? And I’m like with cheese and got home and only got a large stuffed cheese pizza. And it shows that I got pepperoni with it . And the manager or whoever is in charge told me we can fix it if you can bring it we can put pepperoni but we have to charge you for that .

Pizza was fresh and exactly how I ordered it. Well done but not burnt at all. Gilbert who I believe is a manager was awesome. Very accommodating. Delivered my pizza curbside because he recognized my vehicle from 10 min prior when arrived early.
