Ordered on the APP and it charged my card but my order was not received. I spoke to someone who was more than happy to still make my sandwiches for me regarding the APP malfunctioning. (I showed him the charge that was on my card.) Good service overall despite them being busy at the time!!

We came at the lunch rush. There weren’t a lot of people, but there were a few app orders. The dining room and bathrooms weren’t filthy, but they weren’t exactly clean. The employees struggled to keep up with the orders, but they shouldn’t have been that overwhelmed. We ordered footlongs, but got about as many veggies as the 6-inches going out the door. It wasn’t a horrible experience, but it also wasn’t my best Subway experience.

The man making my sandwich was (whos name tag said general manager) very rude and short when speaking to me. He also didn’t change gloves once, touching every surface and his own phone with the gloves before making my sandwich. Clearlt they dont care about customer service or cleanliness. Disgusting.

Went in to get sandwiches with my sister and the girl behind the counter seemed kind of scared and said she had to go get her manager for whatever reason. The person I can only assume is the manager comes out to start doing the sandwiches and has such a terrible attitude and was SO rude. Asked him to take cam off of mine to which he just stared at me like I was stupid and said “You know that’s just a spicy Italian, add capicola right?” Didn’t bother to ask if we wanted mayo or dressings, so my sister had to ask for mayo packets. Overall just really rude person and does not need to be in a management position.

So the dude there making sandwiches was throwing equipment and food around with out a care in the world, was a little rude, and just… Man it’s sandwiches. I meat lettuce cheese repeat for a living for 600 dollar hours with. A better attitude and this guys having a bad day doing a little 120 at best in the hour expressing his dislike for his job. I train my people better than that. Someone needs to see if he’s adapting home life better and why he’s distracted or if he just doesn’t care about his job.
