Not impressed at all with the food. We normally go to the one downtown and the food is always exceptional. However tonight ordered a 6 piece chicken finger plate with double fries. Pic included to show their version of “double”. The lemon pepper seasoning barely covered the chicken too. Staff weren’t unpleasant or rude and the atmosphere was okay but damn the food did not spark joy. Very disappointed.

Compared to another “fast food” have we visited today, this place was awesome. You can really tell where the staff are happy in what they do, compared to other places.
We arrived 30 minutes before closing, but felt no pressure to eat fast or get out. The place was very clean, the service fast and the food nice and fresh.

I’m about done with this place. I hate how employees get to act however they want because their corporation is to big to care, but I’m a local business owner and I will say the food isn’t bad but all the employees are teenagers and people with attitude. I am so damn tired of spending higher prices for cheap chicken and then getting swindled for some 25 cent sauce cups… Discusting. I loved this place but I’m about disgusted of it due to they’re arrogant employees. I’m probably done visiting their chain. I’d rather give to zaxby’s chains that actually care!

Exceptional brand new Zaxby’s! Easy turn off US 1 & Wildwood tucked behind the trees. Impeccable service, super clean. Very friendly, welcoming staff. All the staff looked genuinely happy to be there. Order was 100% accurate, made fresh to order, and was very flavorful. Didn’t need to wait long for our food at all. Lots of seating. Ample parking. Three restrooms: unisex/family, wheelchair accessible women’s, wheelchair accessible men’s. Very clean!
Nice sidewalks and bike path leading to it if you’re not driving to it.

Unimpressed serving size. Looks like chx has been laying around for hours. $11 for a 3 pc meal. Definitely not worth it.
