This was an order of the so called “breadsticks.” It literally looked like they just cut the crust off of old pizzas they could no longer sell and threw them in a box. Additionally the red sauce they gave us with them was sour. Definitely going somewhere else after seeing what kind of food they’re willing to give out, especially when I’m spending $40.

I’m sorry but if you want your pizza cut, you don’t want to be told you’re stupid and you can’t fix your own stuff by a delivery driver and talked to like you’re stupid, you don’t want to be hung up on at the store or have your items opened and cold when you get it then do NOT order from this location. Take your business elsewhere immediately. There are plenty of other options for pizza, plenty!
I rarely rate restaurants this low, but being insulted outside your own home was just enough to tip the scale.
Corporate has been contacted and I will be awaiting their call back.

It is so frustrating to call, call, and call again trying to find it where your pizza is after almost two and a half hours, and no one will answer the phone. And then, once the order was actually delivered, they left it on the doormat and did not knock or ring the bell, so we just had to keep opening the door until we saw the pizza laying there. And it was so sad and cold.

My recent order experience with Papa John’s left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. I had been eagerly looking forward to enjoying the Shaq-a-Roni, only to receive a pizza that was a far cry from what I expected. This signature pie, known for its abundant pepperoni coverage, arrived with just a few sad, lonely pepperonis scattered here and there which made it barely look like a regular pepperoni pizza.
To add insult to injury, the pizza wasn’t even cut… not even a little bit, not even sloppily, they just gave me the pie, no cuts.
It’s baffling and infuriating that this particular papa johns, could be so carelessly prepared. I genuinely hope Papa John’s corporate takes a serious look at this franchise and their quality control and ensures that what’s advertised is actually what customers receive.
This experience fell short in every way, and it’s disheartening. I’m incredibly let down by the lack of care put into my order. Most especially because that pie was a celebratory pie for my preteen. He was let down, I was let down but of course we tried to make the best of it.

I was so excited to try the garlic stuffed crust pizza especially after finding a deal on the app. However, there were two main issues when I got the pizza: 1) the toppings were incorrect and 2) the pizza was so severely undercooked it was too raw to eat (see videos, the stretchy stuff is NOT cheese but raw dough). I was extremely disappointed because I had spent (wasted) $20 on an inedible pizza. I reached out privately to papa john’s to address this issue and essentially just got a “sorry, thanks for the feedback” so I am now leaving a google review due to the complete lack of customer service or attempt to remedy the issue.

Called to order a large pepperoni stuffed crust with wings, and a 2 liter. The guy on the phone offered me a pick up special for the large pizza only $12.99 and saved me $7 by ordering carry out instead of delivery. I live close by so I decided to go pick up my order. It was ready very quickly, the woman accepting payments for the orders was very nice when I walked in I was greeted. The pizza was hot and the wings were good! (Needed more BBQ sauce) but everything was great! Nice carry out experience from this papa johns! Thanks!

This place is terrible. They forgot to check their uber eats/doordash printer and screwed like 5 or 6 customers. Everyone had to wait to wait another 45 minutes on their food. Do not go here, there’s a million pizza restaurants who hire a competent staff.

Ordered through app. Park and enter. Cashier immediately mad dogs me as I enter. “Hi had a carryout for Hubert.” “Who?!?” Bro it’s the single carryout order you have. Opened the box and realized this is obviously not a large. If I had the time, I would have waited for a replacement, but I guarantee it would have been an extra 5 minute struggle and I’d get an extra undesired topping. I submitted an email review but unfortunately it’s been a few weeks so I’m pretty sure there’s not going to be follow up.
