I’m honestly disgusted with my recent order. I found a hair in my sandwich, which is beyond gross and completely ruined my meal. On top of that, my coffee was made wrong. I clearly asked for two creams and four sugars, and it wasn’t even close.
This is careless, unsanitary, and really disappointing from Tim Hortons. I expect this to be taken seriously and made right.

Edit 2mo: They’ve stepped up their game lately. I’ve been consistently getting in and out in a couple minutes, tops. I appreciate the speed and quality you guys are putting out.
This drive-thru took 25 minutes to get through. None of my Boston creams had any cream in them, but they did have a whole for where it was supposed to go. Normally I Like Tim Horton’s, so 2 stars.

Stopped in while passing through town. It was clean inside and the food came out consistent with the quality you would wxpect from other TH’s. Bathroom and dining areas were clean. Not always the case in some TH’s.

This location either needs new management or to be shut down lol. Every time I go there’s a problem. Their menu shows soup and fountain drinks, they don’t do soup or fountain drinks. 90 percent of the time I ask for a frozen drink they can’t make frozen drinks. Today I ordered a wrap, they can’t use the grill so I switched to a tuna salad, then I’m told they don’t have buns. I feel so bad for the poor workers having to constantly let down customers when it’s not their fault. Then when I do receive my meal it’s like a sprinkle of chips and the smallest little sandwich. The only reason I went here is because guidas is closed. They desperately need to get it together over there. Not great.

Stopping there before work for 10 years, over the last couple months at 5:30 in the morning they have no meats cooked or pastries only drinks. They open at 5:00 a.m. they should be ready to serve the public at 5:00 a.m.

Just get the Oreo Iced Cap from the Drive Thru. The speaker very nice and polite, he already get 10 starts from me. But I believed the member who made coffee gave me a WRONG/MISTAKE coffee that they were made for another person before me!
This is the first time I received the “mistake” coffee in this location. Ppl should look at my last picture and compare!

I often buy Oreo IceCap in here. Everything was good, good services . However, one day in the morning I buy on the way go to school, the worker I think she was training she make Oreo IceCap for me but I told she put whipcream but she is not, because I was in hurry so it’s fine tho. The problem make me want to report that in class, I realize the drink had broken in the side that why I don’t understand why the drink had drip out & then I get it.

I stop here almost everyday on my way to work. Always been very nice, clean and quick, lately it’s been going down hill. Today I ordered a plain bagel toasted w/cream cheese. I was given the bagel below, I promise I did not take a bite… drove all the way back and they didn’t even acknowledge the bite! They gave me another bagel .. didn’t even apologize and it wasn’t even toasted. Them man working the drive up doesn’t even say a work after I say thank you, good morning. Nothing not a word.
Upsetting it’s been my spot and the manger Kylie I believe usually seems so nice, unfortunately didn’t say anything about it.. not what I expected when I brought that bagel back.
