Every time we have ordered pizza from here it has been great. Today, I had the online ordering system glitch regarding delivery time, but the manager was extremely helpful and understanding. It was empty after walking inside.
They seemed bothered that I was in there. As well as not having a simple menu.
They had even removed their menu sign above the counter.
So went to Domino’s instead.

This was our first time trying this location. This location offers pick-up only, as there are no tables or chairs inside. I placed our order of a large pizza with breadsticks inside and waited in my car for the 10 minutes. The pizza was of course hot and fresh, and we loved the Hawaiian toppings. Papa Johns has the best breadsticks, we like the soft texture versus the crunchy and dry texture at other restaurants. 10/10

Pizza was great but the oreo bite things were horrible. First, they were just regular pizza dough with with icing on them. There was suppose to be and oreo filling but most of them had none or very little filling inside. On top of that they were mostly burnt, hard and dry. Do not get these or check them while still in store. And $8 for what they give you… no way should that be a thing. Too far for me to drive back otherwise I would to complain. But yeah… at least the pizza was ok.

Do not recommend this place. The guy attending there he simply told me that he doesn’t take orders in the store, everything has to be ordered online, and he was alone and therefore very busy. I just left, luckily there are plenty of pizzerias around.

I am extremely disappointed with Papa. This is the third time they delivered a terrible pizza. The crust was burnt, the toppings were all thrown in the middle. The only person happy about this pizza is my cardiologist. He will ve glad that I couldn’t eat it. Im going to have to find a better place. Papa, you lost your touch and a customer.

I have ordered multiple times through this location for my work lunch on Saturday. Usually I don’t have any issues but this time they automatically cancelled my order an hour before I was supposed to feed everybody because I didn’t answer the phone right away because I was at work. I called back and the man who answered said that I didn’t give him enough time and that policy stated I have to put in big orders atleast 2 days before. I told him that I have ordered bigger orders same day or the night before at this location multiple times in the last 2 years and have never been told I need to give more time. He then changed his excuse to oh well I don’t have enough dough. I get that it’s a big order but I just asked for pizzas. Weird that a place that only makes pizzas doesn’t have enough dough for less than 20 pizzas. He never tried to resolve the issue with me. Just straight up told me no. When I told him I will be contacting corporate he didn’t seem to care much. I called dominos down the road and they were able to help me with no issues, less time than Papa John’s had and it was cheaper. This location has lost my business. Whoever “helped” me this morning needs to find a job far away from customer service.
