Went to the one on Pepper and Valley, off the 10 fwy. Please check your food before you leave. Found this smashed mosquito on the bottom of the sausage croissant sandwhich. I went back, and a nice younger guy apologized about what happened and that a team leader or manager would refund me. Hispanic manager Iredes or Iraides was her name I believe. She just asked me what was wrong with the sandwhich looking upset. I told her to take a look and she said “No, what’s wrong with the sandwhich?”, I told her and she just walked away to refund me and no apology for what happened or anything. At least give a common courtesy apology for the inconvenience. Last time I come here.

This Jack in the box is my favorite near me and by the gas station and Arrowhead hospital, you can’t go wrong here,the service is great my food is good and fast in a clean place ,lots of parking, police around often keeping the area safe and nice to grab a quick bite!

I bought a hamburger and curly fries on Valley and pepper in Colton and was sick after eating the meal. I was not well for 3 days. I had the runs and vomiting. I will not be returning to any Jack in the box locations. I even uninstalled the app.

This was the best Jack in the box I’ve ever been too. It didn’t smell like a fast food place. Sat down and the atmosphere and decor was cool. Bathroom clean. They brought my food to me like a restaurant. Even asked if I would like any condiments, which was brought to me. Fries was cooked perfectly. If in area, stop here and have a nice meal “for here”

Worse jack n box ever. Go in order food plug in your phone to charge they shut off power so u can’t charge and the support to let you charge they have around 30 r so outlets to charge but not if your homeless you get nothing .

Literally the worst location. 90% of the time your order will be wrong, missing something or cold. Then when you asked for whatever item is wrong or missing, they give you an attitude and STILL mess up the order. i.e. the two taco order NO SAUCE Three times they will hand you it with sauce. The manager seems to be trying but her staff could care less about what is on the ticket. Hope you like cold food and no straw in your drink because that’s what they have to offer…
