I was excited to have a papaJohns close to me, but this one, DO NOT ORDER. They take almost 2 hours to make/deliver food, when I call to see where’s my order they put me on hold (its been 15 minutes and no one is answering back), just dont order. Pizza Hut has better costumer service, they are fast. Not like this place. DO NOT COME OR ORDER HERE. HORRIBLE.

We ordered a pizza & some bread sticks via online for the drive up pick up. It was ready fairly quick. As I drove up, I clicked the “I’m here” button & an associate was out with my order no longer than a minute. She was very friendly & nice. Pictured is the Epic Stuffed Crust Cheese Pizza & Garlic Parmesan Bread Sticks. This is the best crust I’ve ever tasted! Highly recommended! Also, these bread sticks are very delicious as well. Papa John’s definitely didn’t disappoint!

Do not waste your money if you are gluten intolerant, especially since you pay extra for less food and poorer quality. Crust they use does not cook. Fell apart in my hands (asked for well done) and toppings were under cooked. I cooked it again at home and did not make it any better.

They made to wait for longer even when the order status showed as ready for pickup ( in the app) and after a long wait I got a wrong pizza in my box . They give wrong pizza . They don’t even check . Happens more than once . And they didn’t even offer any compensation for waiting for my pizza to be done again

I ordered 3 pizzas and came to pick them up 45 minutes later. He asked my name and I told him “Matt …”. He found the order for some other Matt who had just placed an order and told me it would be another 45 minutes. I told him that wasn’t acceptable and I wanted to cancel because I had ordered 45 minutes prior and showed up when it said it was ready. He then verified my name and found my actual order and asked if I wanted a receipt and I said yes assuming he was just giving me a receipt for my order and was then going to get my pizzas. I stood back to wait and he told me that the receipt he gave me was for the cancellation and if I still wanted pizzas it would be another 45 minutes. I was a little dumbfounded that even after clarifying my name and realizing his mistake he still canceled my order.

Ordered on the app. Quoted 35-40 mins. Showed up after 45 mins. Guy at the restaurant told me it would be another 55 mins. I told him I was quoted 35-40 mins and he told me, “I don’t know what to tell you.” As he rolled his eyes! Then I asked if I could have a refund and he said “I guess if that’s what you want” with another eye roll. I’ll be happy to go down to Bella Italia or the new Pizza Hut from now on.

Ordered online plus left a tip. 35 minutes later we heard the doorbell ring from the kitchen. Went to the door and heard a car pulling off. I thought an Amazon driver had delivered a package. Opened the door, and my pizza & wings were on the cold ground. After looking at the Ring Camera the driver put the food on the ground, rang the doorbell, and left. If we hadn’t heard the doorbell I guess the food would have been sitting out there for a while. I called the manager, and he said that he would talk to him. SMH
