Never order from this location. My order was COMPLETELY wrong when I received it. I called that night and filed a complaint through their app to get some resolution. I never heard back. Over the last month Ive reached out several different times and haven’t been able to speak to anyone at the store or on the app. I finally was able to speak to the “manager” today and he completely berated me the entire phone call. He didn’t let me speak the entire time. When I tried to tell him what was wrong with my order, he said he didn’t care. He was incredibly condescending, patronizing and has no care for customer service in the slightest. Ultimately, he hung up on me because I asked him to be respectful and talk to me like an adult. Which should show his maturity level all in itself. Worst service I’ve ever experienced.

The food was good and was prepared well. This was my first visit to this location and probably my last. I guess locals wouldn’t have no problem finding it, but I was using Google Maps and it was a nightmare. The parking area is only accessible from a very narrow paved alleyway. The parking was minimal. The guy who gave me my order wasn’t very friendly. The experience was saved by the food.

I normally love Papa John’s but this location I’m not sure if I ordered wrong but the pizza dough just seemed undercooked. Not a huge fan of the thin crust but the regular still tastes fine. Just a little disappointing. But they made it fast and we’re very nice.
