Ordered pizza and wings tonight. The pizza was good — solid flavor, cooked well, and exactly what I expect from Papa John’s.
Unfortunately, the wings were a huge disappointment. And I don’t say that lightly. They were extremely small — so small that there was barely any meat on them and very little flavor. I’ve added a photo of one wing sitting on a Post-it note for size reference, because it honestly speaks for itself.
I don’t mind paying for wings when they’re decent, but these felt more like scraps than a full order.

Got 3 large pizzas with a variety of toppings and traditional garlic Parmesan wings. We won’t be going back. Wings were pretty tasteless and the pizzas were lacking in the toppings, especially the meat. Called the store to just let the manager know and the “manager” i talked to sounded like he could care less and may have been the one who made the pizza.
I will definitely choose dominos in Bixby or even Little Caesars. Or just run into Costco for their pizza.
The taste of the pizza itself was okay, but the attitude of the “manager” was the worst part!

They just can’t seem to cut the pizza correctly. It’s always takes them a long time to get you your pizza when b the app says it’s done.. oh, an a couple times they were confused Abe’s didn’t even act like i placed an order.

I ordered a small pizza and papa bites. It looked like an entire bowl of grease was dumped in the papa bites. It leaked all over the pizza beneath it, went down the side underneath the pizza and on top of it, making both inedible. Disgusting.

The picture speaks louder than anything I’m about to say but I called to talk the manager (who refused to give me his name and worked on February 10th 2023 @ around 9 pm at this exact location) about my ordering not meeting my expectations and his reply was “you’re lying. there’s no way that came out my kitchen cold/prepared wrong” Then I asked for a refund and he rudely declined and informed me I can only get credits for This specific store. And I also tipped 5$ all to not be satisfied with my order.

They do this all the time. Barely any cheese. Sometimes a pizza will even be burnt and they’ll deliver it and you’ll call and they’ll try to act like they have no idea what you’re talking about. I’ve called many times and complained to the manager but evidently she could care less. These are the people that want to make more money per hour too. Yeah right. Can’t even make cheesy bread right. 1/5 stars and I’m done with papa johns til I move to another city and will give it another chance MAYBE.

Waited 45 minutes for dry pizza with no sauce. For a little added flavor we found hair in our food as well. Attempted to call 3 times to get a refund to no avail.

So I’m not a complainer when it comes to food from local restaurants. If it’s bad service or the food lacks quality I know I’ll just take my business elsewhere.
But when raw pizza shows up from Papa John’s Pizza, this momma is probably going to make a phone call.
I’ve never dealt with such disrespect. The “manager” told me since I ordered through DoorDash the raw dough is their fault?!?!?
He ended our conversation abruptly with a ”Have fun playing with your dough!”

We order pizza for a sulmber party with my nieces and nephews. My husband got a slice before heading to bed and there was a Clear push pin IN the pizza!!!! It was in his mouth, he had just took his first bite. Thank goodness it did not stab him and non of the kids were the ones to get it. I called to complain they offered a credit and I said I would never eat there again!!! They are returning our money but the manager I spoke with the second time was just rude. You would think if they were sorry or even cared they would have some remorse. Here are the pictures!!
