Today July 19th at around 2:15 pm I went to order myself a medium iced latte, there is this new worker I haven’t seen before she seems Asian from either India or Nepal, and I’m ordering and she starts interrupting me after I said “Sugar free hazelnut shots and..” and starts finishing my order??? I hadn’t even asked for anything else and she’s saying out loud “okay sugar and milk” and I’m like no not milk and then she starts saying that the latte needs to go with milk and I’m like I understand but I didn’t finish talking and you interrupted me I want almond milk, and then she starts giving me attitude and says “okay what do you want” I say “almond milk and also sugar free toasted almond shots” and then she says “so now you want more okay” and I’m like “Ma’am you don’t need to give me attitude you walked away and practically did an order I didn’t want and I asked for sugar free shots” and she was like “no you said sugar now I’m lying” I literally always have a good experience there and have been going there for years and she starts giving me attitude and saying I’m lying when she was the one who started making up an order and not letting me finish my order? So then I explain to her if I can order and then she says again “what do you want” and starts talking shit I’m assuming in her language because she starts speaking another language and talking to her self and nodding, first of all, I wasn’t being rude and I would take accountability if I did but I’m not that person to be rude for no reason, it’s so unprofessional how she treated me that I legit was shaking my voice when talking because I was so hurt that she was being rude to me for no reason.

I went to Dunkin’ to order an iced Dunkin’ latte and four doughnuts, and the lady who took my order was very nice. She even gave me free doughnuts that I hadn’t ordered.

Wow, one or the best dunking I ever been to, the crew is awesome and friendly all the time, always helpful and nice with the customer, and if you have any problems with you order, they’re always glad to help you. I hope I never moved from around here. 🙂 I want to keep coming to this place every morning… thanks crew.

This in my opinion the best Dunkins Donuts in MA. Friendly staff, accuracy, solid coffee. Had a great experience here, would recommend over other Dunkins in the area. Please keep up the great work!

This is absolutely the worst Dunkin’ donuts I’ve ever been to. I go to Dunkin everyday. This one has one or two good employees like the kid Courtney and this little manager who was pregnant at the time but they also have some very very rude ignorant employees. I’m sure the owner is paying them cash under the table because they barely speak English. They have messed up my order on numerous occasions and I order Uber eats a lot and when I order it you cannot put in special instructions or add more than 10 creams which is the way I drink my coffee so I usually place the order and call. Today I called them about 17 times and then finally when she answered the girl told me the order is already gone and there’s nothing she can do about it and basically to kick rocks. I told her I don’t want the order she said there is no way in hell they’re refunding my money. I refuse the order at the door and told the driver to take it back and they still would not refund my money. Finally after fighting with Uber eats and proving to them that I did not accept the order Uber eats refunded my money. This woman should not be working anywhere nor she should be allowed to speak to any type of customer that way.

I love coming to this dunks. The staff here is amazing especially the tall guy with glasses. I started coming here because the manager at the Broadway one is extremely rude. So this is my now go to and love it!

We go here all the time but we will never be going back as of today. We paid for 2 large signature lattes and we got two large cups with straight up just milk and ice. There was not even a hint of coffee in it, we had to add our own coffee to try to save it and it was still bad. Either the Sunday staff needs to be taught how to make the drinks or they ran out of coffee and they are ripping everyone off.
