This location is consistent. Just had an odd issue with a door dash driver (not a Papa John driver) so called the manager. Probably the best customer service I’ve gotten in a good minute. Good to speak to people who are on it bc these days….

There was a little mix-up in my order (like what could happen at any busy restaurant on a Saturday night), and my pizza got mislabeled. The manager was quick to fix the problem and even added a cinnamon pull apart dessert to my order at no cost to me as well as had the pizza delivered to my house at no extra charge to me.

Buyer beware:
Ordered one large pizza and a 10” cheesestick.
Firstly, the order took over two hours to arrive, and when it did, it was cold. Like stick it in the oven for 10minutes to bring it back to being a pizza-cold.
Normally, we’re not the kind to leave negative reviews, but when we called the store to complain, the manager (female) was INCREDIBLY rude. She was abrasive, refused to take ANY kind of responsibility, and was quick to tell us “theres nothing I can do.”
With all due respect, if we wanted DiGiorno’s frozen pizza, we would have ordered that and not spent $40 on a pizza and a side.
Highly recommend going ANYWHERE else in Mandeville.

The quality of your pizza varies from order to order they don’t know how to handle things at the store when they get busy or at certain hours of the day. Delivery time can be outrageously ridiculous at any given moment. I also received a pizza with raw dough and had to argue to get my money back with the pizza sitting on the counter for them to look at. I had to get corporate Papa John’s involved to make things right. So at the end of the day I was better off just cooking my own dinner. Quality is Job 1.

TERRIBLE. Let me caveat this review by saying that I completely understand places getting very busy on holidays like Valentine’s Day, it’s understandable, but what isn’t excusable is a business vastly misquoting wait times. We ordered a heart shaped pizza for our kids using the Papa John’s website to have it delivered. Here is the first issue. Not until AFTER you make the purchase does the system tell you how long the wait for delivery will be. It was laughable when we looked at the screen that said our wait time would be TWO HOURS! I called the store to have our order changed to carry out. “No problem” I was told, “it will be ready for you to pick up in 30 minutes.” I showed up at the store and walked in at 35 minutes. As I walked in I heard a customer at the counter saying something along the lines of “If I don’t get my pizza soon I’m going to start a riot.” I approached the counter and was told that my pizza would be ANOTHER 30 minutes. Another gentleman approached and stated to the workers behind the counter that he was in the same situation. I had the cashier void my transaction and cancel my order. He didn’t offer me a receipt, so I asked for it. He sifted through the receipts and handed me one. It wasn’t mine. I shouldn’t have to tell him to make sure he found MY receipt. The entire staff had an aloof attitude and at no point displayed any kind of caring that they were failing and destroying families’ dinner plans. their apologies sounded completely empty and as if we, the customers, were bothering them. Terrible store with a terrible staff, management, and customer service. Go elsewhere.

Really fresh sauce, fast service for carryout. Friendly staff and get your order right. Cheese bread is especially good and our favorite thing on the menu. The price is higher and they have less discounts than the other two major pizza chains or we would order Papa Johns more often.

Pretty sure they came from this store because they came from that direction but whoever drives a newer gray Honda civic hatchback or SI, I couldn’t tell but license starts with a C, needs to not be delivering. They drive like an A hole, almost slammed into the back of me because they were switching lanes so fast and didn’t pay attention to the brake lights, and were weaving in and out of cars cutting people off barely missing their cars. This was all the way down 22. Something should be done before they seriously injured someone, would hate for their nice little car to get totaled. ♀️

Regular spot for Pizza. They are always fast and get it done in the time they say. Papa Johns is always good pizza. Just make sure if you order and extra garlic sauce to check and make sure its there. It is easy to forget in all the hustle.
