Order for delivery to the Casey’s around 10 at night our delivery driver Chaz was outstanding and found our truck in no time a lot quicker then door dash or uber eats ever has if I had the cash id of gave him a bigger tip then what I did online. Food came hot like it had just came out the oven over all would definitely order from here again and if I get our delivery driver again I will definitely be giving a tip in cash next time as well.

So, I called in a delivery order and even though the lady re-read the order to me 3 separate times, they gave me the wrong pizza! I called the store as soon as the pizza was delivered and asked for the manager but, was told they were to busy to come to the phone. So, I explained my issue to the gentleman that answered the phone and he said that there was nothing they could do because the person that took my order over the phone was actually their ordering line which was based in Asia! I told him that doesn’t make the wrong pizza my fault. I paid for and had a receipt for a certain kind of pizza and they should have to make it right. He did not agree and told me that there was nothing he could do and that was that! Even though what I paid for was more then what they showed up with!
So, I ended up giving my roommate the wrong pizza and making my son a different dinner after already waiting 45 minutes, paying for it, and also tipping my driver $11. My roommate was happy at least. Until, she started eating the pizza and realizing it wasn’t even cooked thoroughly! The dough was raw by the 3rd bite! We ended up having to throw it out! It was disgusting!
I have taken pictures of some of the raw dough and will try to get ahold of their corporate office. But, I have a feeling if the orders are being taken by people in Asia and the people in the store won’t even try to help out with their mistakes? Welp, I’m just screwed out of $45!
My suggestion? Don’t order unless you know it’s the local store answering the phone! And, don’t even order from PaPa Johns in Newton KS. Because they really don’t care if you pay for a large works! Your getting cheese only! Augh!

Now that I know a tip is mandatory on using their website, I’ll call in my order over the phone. Please, a mandatory “tip” of 15% is just stupid on a pickup order! Yes, we tried a tip of “0” and had to renter of most likely last order at this website. Pizza was good, tipping is just dumb on a pickup. Maybe a guaranteed and pizza was not spit upon!!!

Excellent customer service. I ordered a pizza for a future delivery time because I knew with the weather and the holiday, they might be busy. Because of this I expected the pizza to be a little late, understandably. But I was pleasently suprised that my driver delivered my order exactly on time, if not a couple minutes early. He offered fantastic service considering the conditions and was very polite.

This store has really gone down hill. Waited two hours for my order. Called 3 different times. Finally called and canceled my order because I had to find something else for my kids to eat and get them to bed. The driver named Blake said he knocked on the door and nobody answered, which never happened because my dog didn’t bark at all. Won’t be ordering from here again.

I thought this place was pretty good with customer service up until I had to call 3 times just to put my order in. First time was put on hold for 5 minutes and they never returned to the phone. 2nd time they hung up, 3rd time they got snappy and short with me. I would have placed it on the app but they don’t have an option for half and half. Please hire more people, please improve your customer service for busy hours and plan ahead otherwise you will continue to lose business. I want to believe but there are several others in town I could go to…

The Pizza is very good and the waitstaff was also very good. Polite and helpful. But if you go into the restaurant to dine in, you should avoid late afternoons on sunny days. This Papa John’s is in desperate Need of an outdoor awning to protect or SHADE the large glass windows facing West. It was hot because of the sun blasting through the West windows. The temperature in the store had to be in the mid to upper 80s, notwithstanding the air conditioning. I’m sure that after sunset it would be more tolerable. An outdoor awning would remedy the situation.

My absolute favorite pizza place! I gave 4 stars only because they need to add a stuffed crust option! When I was pregnant I craved it so much but they don’t have it so I had to endure pizza huts exttemely greasy thin stuffed crust pizza.
UPDAT!!! They now have stuffed crust so now it’s all 5 stars!!! Best pizza ever!

Had to wait 15 min after arriving at time on app. The person running cash regeter was closing out orders which makes the computer system think the pizzas are getting done faster than they really are. This causes on line app to think more pizzas can be done in a shorter time. Need to remember computers only now what we put in. Bad information in, bad information out.

Person working the register could not be heard over the TV and acted like he didn’t have a clue what he was doing so that was the start to a bad situation. There was a female cleaning the hoods of the ovens while they were busy mind you this was at 6:30 7:00 PM and she is really spraying cleaner over the top of the food they did have hats on but no hairnets and there was a female behind the counter wearing a mid drift tank top tied at the waist that had no sign of being an employee but she was walking around the kitchen. I address this with the kid behind the counter who had no clue what to do so I asked for a manager, he sent the girl into an office area & apologized. Was a very young crew, & may need some retraining. Food was ok, but lacking in other areas.
