Worst experience ever! Driver never contacted me, worst of all left the pizza on the back door steps. Called the store which was nearly impossible and was left on hold for 40 min no answer. So I went to the location to voice my complaint and the manager called the police before hearing my issue. If you are a fan of Papa John’s please continue to support but never use store 504 in University City. They see you as a $ sign not a person.

I ordered the pepperoni pizza with cheese and pepperoni in the crust. It was simply delicious. I ate half (4 pieces) on the drive home. I was about 30 minutes from home when I left Papa John’s. I ate 2 pieces a day for dinner for the next two days. Looks like they are running a special until the end of August. Awesome!

I have no idea what’s going on in this place. We’ve been ordering from this place over 20 years with no problems until this past year. I’m so fed up! I hate that I like Papa John’s. You ask for simple instructions like, using side doors, or well done pizza, extra this and that, and they can’t seem to do it. Do they no longer read here? Also, we don’t normally ask our pizza or wings to be well done, but we do that because lately it seems undercooked.

This location is always on point. I have to do a nice drive and pass up the ones closer because they are trash. The S florissant location is trash. Worse location ever. This location only had 2 ppl working and my order was still on point. Delicious and looks good as it should. Keep up the great work.
