Highly recommend STAYING AWAY from this location!!! The absolute worst food delivery I’ve ever had. The woman delivering seemed nice but none of the food was good or tasted edible. I ordered pizza, garlic breadsticks and wings. Wings are extremely low quality and fatty. Worst wings in my life. The garlic breadsticks are somehow dry and greasy, not to mention deformed. Pizza has no sauce and pounds of cheese. I tried to each one of each thing and it’s all disgusting. Paid almost $40 for this, would give zero starts but it’s not possible.

I hadn’t had Papa John’s in a while but someone gave me a gift card so I tried it again and I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a small bacon pizza online and chose curbside pickup. After arriving, I checked in on my phone and the nice employee brought the pizza right out to my car. I was so hungry that I ate 3 fresh and hot slices right there in the parking lot. My last memory of Papa John’s pizza was it being floppy with a terrible crust that looks like a hand rolled play-doh snake around the perimeter but this crust was light, flakey, and with the right amount of char. Papa John’s forgot to add the dipping sauce and the pepper but it’s probably for the best since I was eating in my car like a slob. It is funny though because right on the box they bragged about the sauce and pepper not costing extra.

Food is good, but staff is hit-or-miss. Tried to get food, and was hurrying to get my order placed (since they close down their carry-out at 11:40 PM), and a couple employees were arguing in the back about how they don’t want to make orders this late. The moment that the clock hit 11:40, I was locked out from ordering carry-out (the reason it took me right up until that time, was because they have a surprise notice at the end of the process that says you have to order a minimum of $25, so I had to scramble to add a 2-liter and a cup of garlic sauce, on top of 2 medium pizzas, a Papa Bowl, and some Oreo cheesecake knots), and I live some 15 minutes away, but wanted something other than Steak’n Shake, so it wasn’t like I could switch it to delivery and have them deliver to my home (where I wasn’t even at), and after this experience, I wasn’t going to switch to delivery and have them bring it to just outside their building (which is where I’m at, right now), but because I was outside their building, there would be no reason to tip, so I’m sure they’d make a note of that in future about my orders. Plus I didn’t want to pay the delivery fee or a tip for them to walk a few steps out of their business’s front door. It just seemed excessively petty to me, to discuss, in front of the customer, how they don’t want business.

The manager Jennea Tracy is the most unprofessional manager. Jennea or Jenna let me know that after calling the wrong number her team ate the pizza. The question is how many orders has Jennea ate and if the goal of running a successful business, is making money, she made it very clear her only goal was to eat the money!

Manager quoted one price on the phone and charged another price when we got there. Also said a phone order would go towards Papa Rewards but it doesn’t. Ordered 11 pizzas. Would not do anything to “make it right”. Disappointing. Pizza itself was good, otherwise would be 1 star.

Order took an hour and 13 minutes to come. Pizza bottom wasn’t cooked, toppings were sloppy and half the pizza was just red sauce without cheese. Not sure why just the Rock Hill franchise is terrible, but Papa John’s in other cities/locations is good. We hadn’t ordered from this location in months and now I remember why.
