I am in town for the Prague kolache festival and wanted to grab a quick bite. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, plain. They repeated the order and then I proceeded to pay and get my food. Upon opening my food I saw that they had put just about everything on my burger. I went back and told them that they got my order wrong and I asked for them to fix it. The lady insisted that I didn’t tell her I wanted a plain bacon cheeseburger and I was in the wrong. She then said that she’d get me the right one and then told me my total. I replied with “I am not paying, you messed up my order. I’m asking for you to fix it” she then said “oh you’re not paying?” And I said “no you messed up my order and I just want it fixed.” She brings my burger out, scolds me, then aggressively grabs the first burger out of my hands. As I’m leaving I open up the burger to make sure there is no spot in it and I see that she had taken a bite out of my burger. Very unprofessional, very inappropriate, and very immature. I will not be eating here again.

my grandpa ordered food today on february 14, they only gave him half of his order so he was asking for the other half of it and they insisted that he must pay to have his other half of food that he has already paid for. i think this is very uncalled for and very unprofessional because how are you going to make him repay for food he has clearly already paid for??

Everytime I order here it’s hit and miss, sometimes the sweet cream is spoiled, sometimes you order a small tater tot and you only get 5 tots. This time i waited 20 mins for a mobile order, burger was missing bacon, waited another 10 for it to get fixed, and got a cold burger with burned bacon pieces. Service is always good at least.

Went in to place an order. Pressed the button. Waited for 5 to 10 minutes. They picked up but never said a word and went to the next stall to take another person’s order. I thought the stall I was in was busted so I went to another. Same thing, they picked up never said a word except I noticed one of the workers came out the back door and looked at me and went back inside.

I go here several times a week for the online drink deals. Sometimes I have to wait a few minutes, not the end of the world for me as is for others. My order gets delivered to my car with a smile. The ladies delivering my orders are always smiling. Keep up the good work it is appreciated!

It was later in the evening and we stopped for drinks. We ordered in the app, and when we got our drinks, one of them was wrong. We pressed the button for assistance, and they asked us what we needed, and we explained that the drink was incorrect. They asked how it was wrong, we explained, and they brought a new drink out. When they brought the new one, they then asked for the incorrect order to be given back. (Which we had no problem doing, we just found it odd. Twice.) They made the second drink wrong, too. At this point, we tell them, and when they came back, they asked to look at the order on the app. They confirmed that we were telling the truth and then brought a 3rd drink out. Thankfully, it was right that time. I don’t usually post negative reviews, but there was really no logical excuse for the way we were treated. I could care less about getting the wrong order. I do care about the way it was handled and the way we were treated. I hope y’all can grow from this experience.

Pulled up to stall 16 and pushed the red button and it went right away and was deactivated so I pushed the button again. A lady came onto the loudspeaker and said how can I help you? I told her my order and waited which wasn’t very long to wait I was kinda impressed for a second. Then jaqlyne came up and said my receipt blew away and so it made me a little suspicious and I began to check the order. Two large frys and a large cheese tot was missing from my order so I told her and she said she’d go back in and take care of it. 10 minutes went by while we waited and the food they brought was already cold. I pushed the button and it went away like if someone turned it off from the inside. I hit it again and again no one answered they kept turning it off I’m assuming the assistant manager. I waited a total of 30 minutes until my wife got out and went to the Sonic door and knocked. She came out and she hadn’t even told the manager about our problem. My wife told the manager that the employee had given us the wrong order and hadn’t done anything about it. She told the manager that she kept turning off the intercom. The manager got onto her right there and said she could get into trouble for doing that. I pushed the button again and finally I got someone to answer except this time she was snobby and had a bit of an attitude with me. I told her what happened and said the rest of my food was cold so she asked if I wanted a refund or the food remade and I would have but had already been there 45 minutes and definitely didn’t want any more issues so I took my cold food and kicked rocks. Whoever the female manager was and jaqlyne understand you can make a choice to go somewhere else right now and it would be for your benefit. I give this place one star because it makes me. Bad management bad customer service. I ended up spending $45 and throwing most of it out. Hey some sonic s are awesome but don’t expect that from this place.

Sucks this is one of the only places to eat in town. 50% of the time your order is right at best. Tonight they don’t mind charging you for everything but forget half and have such bad attitudes it’s not worth having them fix it. Needs new management, heard from kids in town it’s gross inside also …

Got blasts around 8:30 p.m and the lack of effort put into making the shakes was pure laziness. Just vanilla ice cream with a few sprinkles of chocolate on top. You chose the job, just do better and go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. Sick of this same old Prague sonic BS
