Everytime I order here it’s hit and miss, sometimes the sweet cream is spoiled, sometimes you order a small tater tot and you only get 5 tots. This time i waited 20 mins for a mobile order, burger was missing bacon, waited another 10 for it to get fixed, and got a cold burger with burned bacon pieces. Service is always good at least.

Waited for ever for my food, the runner lady bring it to me offered ketchup for the tots and I said yes and waited 20 minutes for it to never even show. Saw her hollered at her and completely ignored me. (It’s very hot guys be careful tho seriously )

For some reason they just can’t get enough employees. I waited at least 20 min to have my order taken then 10 min for my food to be delivered and they left an item out of my bag. I appreciate those that are faithful workers but it would be nice if there were more of them.

Food horrible. Had to pay cash because the drive in credit card machine was broken. We wouldn’t let them take our card inside without us being there. The grounds around the outside were dirty and gross.

With how slow the service is, I recommend changing the name to SubSonic. 20 minutes to get fast food, especially when they’re not busy, is just wrong.
