When you call to place an order you are transferred threw a call center to someone working from home, that is not in this state, while thier dog and kids are screaming and barking in the background. I order from this location fairly regularly. The last four times, the cheesesticks I received were pitiful. The previous four cheesesticks were under cheesed and center loaded with no cheese to edge of dough. The cheesestick I just received tonight was the exact same way except it was a 10″ instead of a 12″ that I paid for (see pic attached). I don’t regularly get vocal about food but this is ridiculous. Buyer beware and check your food before you leave for quality. Reason, this store does not know quality. The manager was not helpful at all.

Waiting an hour on a Friday night sounds pretty typical, however I received a cold pizza in a box DRENCHED in grease. Don’t make the pizza and let it sit if the driver is not going to be able to take it for a while. This is the 2nd out of 3 times ordering from the Imperial Main location with something going wrong. Last time I received half of my order and half of someone else’s order. Pretty disappointing when paying for the convenience of delivery.

I doordash for Papa John’s quite often when they don’t have enough drivers. I wish they would tell the customers they will be sending a door dash driver. We miss out on tips because their customer thinks that they will be signing for the order and adding a tip then. Please when you take a phone order, let them know door dash will be delivering and ask if they would like to add a tip.
