Panda Express off Blue Oaks is my go to when I need something fast in Roseville. I grabbed the kung pao chicken and it tasted exactly how it should. This Panda Express in Roseville is consistent, quick, and easy to get in and out of. They rarely miss anything in an order, and when they do, they fix it without any hassle. Reliable spot in the same lot as Nugget.

I’ve been eating at this Panda for about 4 years now since I moved to this area. For a long time I was very satisfied with the service, portions, and speed.

I do believe the service is still very good. The staff have been nothing but pleasant and accommodating but recently I’ve watched portion sizes shrink in what’s looked like real time. Again, this is likely no staff members fault, just conservative corporate policy.

They give you less of everything. It’s even worse if you do the drive-thru. It truly used to feel like you were getting a good deal but at this point I’m probably going to stop eating at Panda.

If you want reasonably priced, solid portion Chinese food made fresh to order (still really quick) I recommend Prime Wok just a couple minutes down the road off of Lonetree. Small family owned place; excellent service and delicious food.

Visited the drive thru and was surprised at the very small portions received on the plate I ordered. Both orange chicken and Kung Pao chicken were such tiny portions, much smaller than any other location. The rice was dry and stuck together, and lacked flavor and oil. The chow mein was OK but seemed to lack some flavor. Most appalling were the small portions of meat, it doesn’t add up to what you’d get at other Panda Expresses. We were not given any napkins with our drive thru order….won’t be coming back.

This store has the best noodles. Simply perfect. If you’ve eaten elsewhere and been disappointed, then this place will bring back the best tasting noodles for you.

Overall I had a great experience getting takeout dinner from this location. It is actually the nicest and best decorated panda express location I have ever visited. It was not very busy and the restaurant was very clean. My only minor complaint was that they might have been a little stingy with the portions for our meals, but other than that we will definitely be returning.

My orange chicken was hard and tiny. Like they gave me the bottom/very last bits of the pan. There were also only about 6 pieces. Probably the worst experience I have ever had at any panda express. I live close by and will never go here again.

Friendly staff, beautiful location. Food freshness is okay with exception that rice is full of burnt bits and it taste like eating burnt rice. Hopefully chef wont scrape off burnt rice off the skillet next time.

The line in the drive-thru was exceptionally long. The line inside for counter service was even longer. I decided to use the order online feature and received an email that says my order should be ready in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later, without my order being prepared, I walked up to the counter to see if they could just scoop the requested order from the already prepared trays of food under the glass. The cashier did, and bagged it for me. At least the order was correct.

I guess this new location hasn’t worked out all the kinks yet.

Panda Express, a familiar beacon of American-Chinese fare, delivers a predictably consistent experience here. The orange chicken, that iconic sugary-savory delight, maintained its signature crispness and tangy glaze, a testament to their standardized cooking procedures. The fried rice, while not groundbreaking, offered a comforting, slightly smoky base, speckled with tender vegetables. What truly stood out, however, was the staff’s genuine warmth and efficiency. Orders were executed with precision, arriving piping hot, a clear indication of fresh preparation. While the culinary adventure may not stray far from the well-trodden path, the reliable quality and amiable service ensure a satisfying, if not extraordinary, fast-food meal..
