I ordered lunch for about 5 co-workers and myself by telephone this afternoon. My husband picked the order up for me being that we work at a school. When I received the order, there were three sandwiches that were not what I asked for meaning they didn’t have the right condiments requested. So I called the store to explain that the sandwiches that I ordered were not correct. When speaking to the gentleman over the phone he first put me on hold I guessing to see who made the sandwiches. When he returned to the phone, he said that the person that made the sandwich said he did what I ordered. I then went to explain that it was not true because my sandwich only had brown lettuce and meat and nothing else. I reminded him that I requested everything EXCEPT NO MAYO but to also add extra pepper relish on the side.He told me to hold again and the guy who made the sandwich came on the phone and told me that what I was saying was not true. I then asked him are you calling me a liar? He said” YES! and there was nothing he could do about it” and hung the phone up. I then left my place of employment to now go to the store to speak with the manager on duty. When I walked into the store, there were several customers in line waiting to order and some waiting to pay. The young gentleman asked me if I was there to pick up an order. I said no I’m actually here to speak with a manager. He proceeded to tell me that the manager went to the bank. So, I proceeded to express my concern. I showed him my sandwich to show that what I had explained was TRUE. This is when it not only looked real bad for the establishment but so embarrassing to me as the customer. With several customers inside the store, the worker came over to me and yelled saying,” I told you that I made the sandwich the way it was ordered and that there was nothing he could do about it. I said sir I am requesting either you remake it or I would like my money back. He said no and if I don’t leave he was going to call the police on me. This is when the young female came up to me and tried to help. She asked to see my receipt and ask him again could she remake my sandwich and the young man said no. She then asked me to not call the police. I replied “he’s the one threatening to call not me. She processed to tell me that she was only there and going back to college and unfortunately she couldn’t help me either. I then went back to the counter to then rewrap the sandwich I purchased and left the store. As a person who works in customer service, I was appalled by the disrespect I received from young adults who were clearly not trained properly by their workplace but more importantly it was obvious not by their parents as well.

Overall a really great experience! Fresh food and comfortable ambience!
We ordered the club sub with the juice, and it was delicious! Got a giant and it was enough for two people!
Rating the service 4/5 because there wasn’t any organization or rhyme and reason, we were asked left and right about our order by four people in total! Somewhat chaotic to not have a line or talk to people in order 0_o
Rates the atmosphere 4/5 because the seating wasn’t comfortable, there isn’t much space to seat and there are two chairs right in front of the soda machine. Quite crammed.
Other than that, everything was cool! Definitely will come back!

Manager Mandy and her staff really came through for us, excellent customer service!! We had an issue with another vendor in trying to contract for pregame meals for a middle school athletic team, and when I explained our situation Mandy worked with me to contract the same price points and choices that our previous vendor tried to take away. Her responsiveness and honesty in communicating what she could vs could not offer were refreshing. Not only did she help accommodate our needs very quickly, she took it upon herself to oversee our first order to ensure we were satisfied. Jersey Mike’s will be my first pick going forward!

Extremely disappointing experience. I placed an order at the same time as two others, yet the store refused to consolidate them—resulting in triple delivery fees and triple tip charges. The staff seemed completely unknowledgeable about how to cancel or combine orders, and the customer service was terrible from start to finish.
They even had a DoorDash driver waiting around for 15–20 minutes, only to hand the order off to a different driver. The lack of organization and basic customer service skills was unbelievable. Absolutely terrible experience.

This location specifically skimps on meat. Ive had a club supreme at 10-15 locations, and it’s always more or less the same. I order one here, literally half the meat of every other location.
Also I had a coupon on my jersey Mike’s account for $2 off. I asked to use it at checkout and the guy told me I had to make an online order to use the coupon, which Im almost positive was a lie. He was kinda rude about it also.
Bad vibes all around, Lawrenceville location is significantly better.

Came into the store today to see a customer just trying to explain the issue she was have with the order. The employee (did not catch his name) was huffing and getting angry with the customer. The customer was trying to be a nice as possible. If you are the manager at this location, please tell your associates to never argue with the customer and be disrespectful. He could have just went to the back of the store to calm down. Mind you there was another Associate there trying help the woman out.

After a long day, I stopped by the Buford location to order a sandwich upon walking in. There was a young Caucasian gentleman with brownish blonde hair, (slightly long and flipped in the front ) cleaning the slicer there was a young black woman behind him cleaning the stove. (Her hair was a light cinnamon brown, straight with a slight wave, part of it was flipped to the side)
They both had on gloves and were using white cloths.
Upon entering, the gentleman asked what I’d like to order and I let him know he continued to clean the slicer for 20 seconds at which point I then requested if he could stop doing that and please prepare my meal. I was aware that they were closing soon but did want to promptly get my meal and leave. The Black young woman put the washcloth down and walked over to the register, asking what I ordered and prompting me to come check out before my sandwich was completed. I let her know I would go through the process of ordering my sandwich because I was not getting something off the menu. It was a custom order. At this point, the gentleman had switched his gloves and has the bread l. 1/2 of the bread was in his hand off to the far left where I could not see him. The young woman walks over to the other slice of bread picks it up and ask me what I’m getting on my Sandwich. I asked her if she changed her gloves and she said no with a nasty attitude. I asked her if those were the same gloves that she just used to clean the stove behind her. She then stated the stove was clean, and the washcloth was clean. Therefore, her gloves were clean. I stated “absolutely not” then requested her to change her gloves. At this point she was mumbling and aggressive I then requested the store number and immediately left.
I am grossed out, terribly offended and disappointed by the low quality of not only customer service but cleanliness that I would expect of a food establishment to have, no matter how soon it is to closing. I was stunned and confused that someone would have on the same gloves they use the clean stove to prepare a meal for a human being to eat. I would implore you to check the camera of your establishment to confirm exactly what I’m stating is true. Please look at the time that I stated I was in your establishment 8:45 PM September 9 and look at the camera to verify that that employee did not change her gloves and was actually surprised and annoyed that I asked her to change them.
I look forward to you reading this message, and I hope that it will motivate some kind of change in standard because I’ve never experienced anything like that before.
I also emailed the corporate office the next day. To this day, they have never followed up.

Ordered 3 Giant #44 sandwiches from this location and when we arrived at home to eat the sandwiches, the sandwiches hardly had any meat on them. I felt as if I was back at Subway. The sandwiches basically consisted of a bunch of bread and lettuce and few tomatoes. I called and spoke with the shift manager and he basically shewed me off as if I wasn’t being truthful. Who has time to call a restaurant and lie? This was a huge disappointment after we spent 60 dollars for basically 3 loaves of bread! We will never visit this place again. Having these millennials in management without proper training is a huge mistake. Individuals work hard for their money and to ask for better customer service should not be an issue! Below are images of what we received! A travesty!

Sadly this location is terrible at accurately making your order. I got a giant Portobello beef sub with EXTRA mushrooms for additional $2.50+taxes and got literally 5 small pieces in the whole sub. Ingredients specifically say it already comes with mushrooms and I wanted extra. The expensive result of this pitiful sub is so upsetting!
