Definitely, food quality needs to be improved… However, Customer service experience was great, manager is willing to help customers. Just give them honest feedback via call or email so they can be better. Next time I will make sure call directly to location(not the call center)and ask them cook correctly before order.

We have ordered several times from Papa Johns in south loop as there is not much to order into the late night early morning hours. The pizza has been mostly very good for what it is, a couple of times the pizza was lacking cheese and took long to deliver but most of the experiences were positive, good food and decent prices, the Stuffed crust pepporoni yum.

I ordered two pizzas online and one of them is totally uncooked! I tried to rebake it myself at home but even after I baked it for more then 30 minutes, the inner part remains perfectly uncooked. I tried calling them to get a solution but the manager insisted that it’s “perfectly cooked” and refused to give me any compensation. Awful food and customer services.

Had a long day at work, simply wanted to order a pizza and relax. Ordered their new parm crust pizza, an hour and a half goes by. I call back to check the ETA and it says delivered. My instructions specifically say, “call me when you arrive”. I get nothing. Idk if it’s Papa John’s or their Doordash delivery people, but this is horrible.

Ordered a pizza on Super Bowl Sunday. We expected longer than normal wait times given the event, however, the maximum time was stated at 1 hour 30 minutes. After 2 hours went by I called the store regarding my order because the app said it was both delivered and estimated to be delivered in 20 minutes at the same time. The manager put me on hold for 15 minutes then hung up on me. I called back several times and the phone just rang endlessly with no answer. My order then cancelled via the app with no refund issued. I had to call back in the morning to get a refund issued with no additional credits offered. We had just gotten back from vacation with no food in the house so we waited for over two hours only to have to walk somewhere else to pick up food. Given the other reviews of this place, you should avoid it at all costs.

Bad location with no parking so super inconvenient to grab food unless you have one person who can get out to grab while you spin the block. Or illegally block traffic which seems to be the norm here. The pizza also upset everyone in my parties stomach.
