As both a previous customer and currently an uber eats driver this is one of the worst if not the worst papa John’s location I’ve ever been to. They are always closed way before they’re supposed to be closed. They’ll be inside but either cleaning up early or just in the back. And not to mention as a customer i wouldn’t recommend anyone eating here since I’ve seen them on multiple occasions wearing flip flops with no socks they don’t even wear the uniform and always take too long to attend me. 0/10 would not recommend anyone to order from here and if you are a uber eats driver seeing this and you get an order past 1:00 am chances are They’ll probably be closed even though they close at “3:00am”

So I work in food myself and understand mistakes happen that are out of their control but I have contacted both the manager on duty and corporate and there were no apologies nor any contact.
Basically I received a pizza that was not fully cooked. I thought “okay well let me call the restaurant and let them know the situation and see what they say” Like I said, I work in food. All I did was tell the manager “hey my pizza just arrived and it was raw in the middle, maybe it was cause I put extra cheese or something but can I get a new pizza or refund”… the manager did not apologize but he decided I was a liar and told me to SEND HIM PICTURES. So I obliged and then he continues with “well I made that pizza and it looks fine” there was dough stringing out when I bit into it. So no I am actually getting upset because not only is he calling me a liar but he couldn’t even give me a refund or new pizza just a credit. And at this point with the interaction I had with this man, he had ZERO concern over raw food that could make his customers extremely sick so why would I want to order from you again? Still zero apology and then I was out almost $30. After reading the previous reviews, corporate needs to step in and retrain or rehire for this location. And quickly before the seriously make someone sick.

I got a gift card last Christmas and I finally decided to use it and I got a specialty pizza. The specialty pizzas are definitely unique and they have a lot of different varieties. This store is a bit hard to find because it’s in the back of the strip mall so if you don’t know where it is I definitely recommend Google Maps. I didn’t call ahead so it took about 25 minutes but they have a bench there that you can sit down and wait for your pizza. So overall I think it was a good experience and the staff was friendly and I enjoyed the food.

I am appalled as to how this place is still in business. They had a group of people on a computer in the back and were ignoring customers. Literally waited over 10 minutes standing at the entrance being ignored. Had ordered pick up, so it was already paid. Left and filed with the bank to get a refund.
Then to find out that they violate healthcode violations, being ignored was a blessing in disguise.

I just watched these guys make garlic knots, 1 fell on the floor, n the guy just picked it up, set it on the tray and put it in the oven. Same guy with long hair, brushing his hair back constantly since they dont wear hats. These guys have 0 concept/ knowledge of food safety or sanitation. They are Vikings. Leson learned by me, for sure, at least. Won’t return there ever.

Ordered the new NY style pizza with pepperoni from the Papa John’s website and it was so good! Delivery originally said 80 min but came much faster. Would definitely order the NY style again. I think I like it better than their regular pizza.

I will never order from here again. They do not wear gloves, hair nets and they wear sandals in the kitchen. Mind you no socks. when I picked up my pizza that’s how the guy was dressed and he swept his hair back with his fingers after he was making putting the dough in the machine and then he handed me my pizza.

Order pizza a few days ago and will not go back again. First the guy working didn’t greet me. Just walked up asked for name, then answered his private phone, grabbed my pizza and tossed them on the counter and walked away. I said thank you and left. So rude!!!
