Awful business, two week ago I got a pizza that didn’t match the description that I order. I called them and told them this is clearly not what I ordered and the GM himself told me to stay away from his establishment and accused me of threating him because be doesn’t have the intellect to put the right toppings on a pizza. Seriously you work at a pizza restaurant and don’t even know the correct topping to put on. Unless you don’t want your order delivered or receive the wrong order don’t come here. Honestly just go to dominos at least they will get your order right and actually delivered. Very immature of a pizza place employee to threaten to called the cops because the messed up my order. I’ve ordered delivery twice and neither got delivered, please stay safe and don’t support these scammers.

Terrible experience at Papa John’s! Some of the employees who spoke Russian were extremely rude and arrogant toward customers. When I arrived to pick up a delivery order, I had to wait for more than an hour.
During that time, I overheard the manager on the phone telling someone not to use DoorDash delivery and to order directly from the pizzeria instead. This is completely unacceptable! Why should I have to wait while the manager is busy promoting their own delivery service instead of helping customers?
I plan to report this situation to the Department of Labor. The attitude and behavior here are absolutely horrible — people like this should not be working in customer service.

I ordered a takeout pizza via DoorDash. I double check the order when we receive the pizza. I called Papa John’s to let them know half the pizza was wrong. The manager, however, argued about it that I was wrong, even though I have a picture of what I ordered and hung up the phone very rude. Very poor servers would never order from them again.

11/2024 5* Did a large pickup order. Good deal on items and the service was helpful. All great this time!
5/2021 Have gotten from here before and it was good. Today it was not though. Ordered a pizza and said it would be here in 32-42 minutes. Exactly 60 minutes. That would have been ok except that it says out for delivery. Ok. Then 15 minutes later it says, Delivered. Huh? I am here and no hot pizza in my hands. Gave it 5 minutes and called them. Was fed some lies about having 10 orders at once, guy can only take 2 at a time. So there were 4 in my area so he marked them and sent them out. Questioned it and said that makes no sense. It only gets “Delivered” after it is “Delivered”. Not when it is on its way. 24 minutes later it made it to my house. Exactly 1 hour. I am fine with the hour. But don’t make your numbers look good to Corporate at my expense. Should never have said it was delivered until it actually was. Poor customer service. Apologies for getting it marked incorrectly would have been fine. But a lie….. I don’t approve of that.
As for the pizza. It was ok. Hit the spot and all. Made correctly, still hot, etc. Only issue I had was the stuffed crust that I ordered. Cheese was lame and limp. Not much good flavor to it. Maybe my expectations were to high. Either way. I would never order it again. Pizza yes. Stuffed crust… No way.

I ordered and XL New York Style, SQUARE CUT. Being someone whos worked in pizza restaurants, and been a manager in one as well, this was the laziest square cut I have ever seen. There are supposed to be enough slices so it can be evenly split amongst a family of 5. And it looks too small to even be an XL. I asked my husband to go in and have them redo it but we didn’t feel like arguing with workers. As well as it looks like the cheese is SMEARED. Like come on, I get you guys don’t like your jobs and people order late but don’t take your frustrations out on customers orders. Never ordering from here again because from a manager perspective the employee that made the pizza needs to be retrained or let go. Side note, yes we still ate it because its late at night and we didn’t feel like arguing.

Delivery driver simply left food on GROUND outside our apartment building. Could not even be bothered to ring the buzzer to our apartment. General manager didn’t see the problem and tried to blame us for the issue. I guess that’s what you get when you tip in advance… will not give them our business again.

I have been ordering from Papa Johns for as long as I can remember… however, my recent experience has forced me to reconsider them and take my orders to Pizza Hut…
Here is the details of the incident:
Ordered carryout of 2 large Pan crust pizza + 2 additional pizzas from Papa Johns. None were requested to be made well done.
Both the Papa Johns Pan Crust pizzas were clearly well done with the bottom of the crust almost burnt. Called the restaurant expecting that they would fix the issue. Drove back down and showed them the burnt crust.
Their response ‘this is not ‘Well Done’, this is ‘Normal’. He actually said it is golden brown. At this point, I am flabbergasted – not sure how they can say with a straight face their burnt or Well Done crust is actually ‘normal’ pan crust pizza.
I left, ordered from pizza hut and took a picture of a clear golden crust pizza.
You all decide which one is “Papa Johns – Normal” and which one is “Pizza Hut – Golden Crust”. And before you comment, the Pizza Hut crust was NOT under-cooked.

I got their bacon mania pizza for pickup. So good. For people complaining about the time, how about just pick it up yourself? I had no issues. Everybody was masked. I got flavor and a golden crisp of garlic parmesan crust in every bite. The workers in there were polite and greeted me. No issues or complaints. Thank you. My picture I apologize I ate some lol.
