Tonight was the last time I order from Papa John’s. Every time I order, my order is 20-30 minutes behind the anticipated ready time. No workers acknowledge you when you come in and you stand there hoping someone will help you. To top things off when I was given my order, I was missing a pizza from my order. As far as the food goes, the boneless wings were sub par, my pizza was barely above frozen pizza quality for the price. Based on this last experience, I will not be a returning customer. I hope the figure out their operation for the people that still go there.

The didnt have beef so they gave us Philly steak instead and it was a small portion. You would think they would give a bigger portion since they ran out of supplies. Pizza tastes great though the wings were under cooked. it was just the cashier she sucked. She had a weird attitude like the words she said were friendly but the way she said it sucked.

First time ordering a pizza from Papa Johns. And this will be the last time. I ordered online and signed up for text messages to track the progress of my order. Aside from the initial text to let me know that my order had been received, I got NO TEXTS, even after 50 minutes. I finally called to check on the progress. Told pizza was ready. By the time we got there, it had been well over an hour. Pizza was cold. Had very little cheese and toppings were sparse. Their large pizza is 14 inches, which is a medium pizza at Rosati’s. This was not a good pizza at any price! Won’t buy from Papa Johns again.

Placed an order at 8:30 pm using the app, continued to check the tracking over the next hour and it never moved from the “making” stage. Finally, at 9:50 pm, after my delivery window, I called the store to see if this was accurate and it was. They had not even put my order in the oven yet, 20 mins after it was expected to be delivered. Absolutely ridiculous! I could hear teens in the background of the phone call horsing around too. Clearly no one wants to work anymore, no one loses their job for failure to perform their job duties anymore, so it’s okay to have your business run to the ground for allowing lack of accountability in your workplace. Get new staff, new managers. Will never be ordering from them again, went somewhere else, where my money = I get the product I paid for…

Great experience every time I pick up a DoorDash order, but this time, James was especially helpful and on the ball! The food always smells amazing . Hand sanitizer right as you walk in, staff is diligent about wearing masks (HUGE plus in my book!)

So I ordered 20 minutes before I got here. They told me 20 minutes. I show up from the beach with four hungry tired kids. I get here and they haven’t even started. So now I’m upset. Management seems incompetent. I explain to Hanna and you know what she’s does? After having to wait 45 minutes for two pizzas? She gives me 2$ off. What an insult. My kids are hungry. In my car. All this for pizza? When I was 18 I worked for domino’s and this should of been handled better. Shame on you guys. An hour for 2 pizzas and 2$ off. Times must be tough.

2019 Review: We moved to Woodstock last year and were really missing our Papa John’s in Palatine, so we were delighted to find this location conveniently located on my route home from work. Ordered a large pizza with Italian Beef and green peppers. The bonus was that I only paid $2.14 as I had a $10 off coupon from the Rewards program. Sweet! Will definitely be back because we love our Papa John’s. Only downfall is that there was no delivery option from this location to our new home.
Update Jan 2021: Got my usual this time, a large Hawaiian BBQ pizza minus the bacon. This time I substituted green pepper in place of the bacon. Order was hot and on time as always! Have to say that it concerned me to see a full working staff in such a small place during these Covid times

Ordered deliver, food arrived fast. The pizza was the worst pizza I have had a really long time. I usually don’t order papa Johns. Although the last time I had it is was decent. This pizza had no flavor besides it just tasted super sweet like eating dough and sugar. For almost $20 pizza it was not worth it at all. A $5 hot n ready would of been a million times better.

Didn’t get my extra sauce I paid for wasn’t well done and showed an hour after it was supposed to be here and the quality was horrible on both the pizza and cheesebread and on top of that when I called to express my issues there wasn’t anyone there that could do anything. The delivery driver and young lady I talked to on the phone where very polite and apologetic but couldn’t do much felt bad for them because the managers left them out to drowned.
