It has been a long time since I’ve had the Teriyaki chicken from here. Many moons ago, the one on the east side, I think was the original (different name) was FANTASTIC! You definitely got your moneys worth…they would cut the chicken per order, the sauce was thick (theirs is watered down)and the portion was enough for two. I stopped in to get dinner to go…the gentleman at the register seemed nice…I ordered the regular size. As the other gentleman was preparing my bowl…I was a little shocked on how little you get for $17. I asked the guy if that was the regular size and he said yes…I was surprised. I got a half bowl of rice, very little, sitting in a warmer) chicken and 3 pieces of vegetables. I don’t think I’ll go back…Teriyaki Madness’s portion are larger, the sauce is thicker (not watered down) and the price is cheaper. They need to go back to the original way of doing things.

I don’t appreciate hidden charges showing up on receipt. If you are gonna charge someone extra you should give advance notice especially if it is a percentage charge. On top of that cashier can’t even tell you what the charge is for and is extremely rude when you ask about it. Then the company representative tells me it is pretty standard but I have never been charged a “supply chain fee” before. But to sneak it in without prior notice is just wrong. Bad ethics.

I LOVE teriyaki food but this place puts BARELY any sauce on the meal, and you have to pay for each little additional additional contain. Also the pack a crapton of rice. Under a tiny amount of topp5and it’s expensive

I love the food here but not the employees, the guy with the face mask was completely rude and wasn’t listening very well, got my name wrong and couldn’t even ask for extra sauce because they rushed me out right away. Plus, I don’t appreciate the mad dog stares, I didn’t even do anything wrong to get this type of service.

Horrible damn place, can’t even place an order on the phone and the damn customer service is horrible. I called and literally had the guy put me on hold three times and I can hear him taking orders over mine. Get rid of the entire staff at this points. Trash place and don’t recommend.

I’ve been coming to this location and one other for a while now, and except for east side sister location have had a overall welcoming and great food experience from them.
I’ve had the spicy yakatori being a staple if I come here, although the teryaki combo is a must as well.
Usually get a side of tofu and that really hits the spot.
Keep up the good work!

Maybe it was the fact they were trying to close things up early or maybe just plain disregard for food quality, the chicken I got was way overcooked. I did not notice, however, until I had gotten back to the office (20 minutes). Steamed veggies were decent. Chicken was a big fail.

I didn’t realize the spicy chicken is deep fried. The chicken looked like yesterday’s blackened chicken as the chicken was placed in the deep fryer before putting it on our food. My guess to help warm it up.???? Springs rolls were also extremely greasy. Ended up throwing away most of it. Will not be going back… Ever!

I had an amazing experience here with exceptional customer service! I needed some specific dietary alternatives, and the staff went above and beyond. They not only offered me options but even took the time to read through the ingredients with me. The food is also delicious!! Highly recommend!

So I just left the the greeley 10th location, and was not satisfied, my order was about $22 for only 1 meal! and when I looked at at my bowl they gave me there was hardly any meat in my bowl. So I asked if they could give me some more , the first guy was nice enough to give a little more . Then a second worker comes out and started to give me dirty looks and started tell me rudely , “that’s our portions” then as I was speaking to him he turn his back and walked away…like I’m not a valid customer and i didnt just over pay for some food …this is why I don’t like to go spend my hard earned money going out to eat …cuz I never get wat I payed for in food or SERVICE!
I honestly can’t believe that guys attitude.
People shouldn’t work in customer service if they dont know how to control they’re attitude. Also they gave me some little cups of wat I think is supposed to be extra teriyaki sauce…but it looks more like jelly now I know why I haven’t been there in a while
