Waited 10 mins after the time it was suppose to be delivered and called only to be given attitude and told it was sitting but not sure when they would deliver it, I asked if he could find out and he replied I don’t know maybe 15 more mins. So I canceled the order so I wouldn’t receive a cold pizza and didn’t want to inconvenience they as apparently it’s to hard to be friendly to customers and maybe let them know they are unable to deliver in a timely manor.

Pizza was late (1.5hrs after ordering in the middle of the week) and arrived cold twice in a row. Before that it was hit or miss if you’d get a pizza that was 50% crust. I don’t know who is running this store into the ground but it used to be legit and now it’s trash.

Called to order the person answering the phone insisted I was in Allentown Pennsylvania when I was in Eau Claire Wisconsin when I went in to bring it to the manager’s attention she could have cared less and hurried me along to place my order I think they are on their way out of Eau Claire Wisconsin. Called because I had some questions, you just get a call center. The guy had no idea what was going on. He asked if it was for carry out. I said yes. Then he asked if I was picking it up. Umm…yes. Had to say no about 4 times to the promo items they just kept repeating and repeating. Would not tell me a estimate of how long it was unless I paid. I was not going to spend $30 and have to wait two hours. Part of the reason I called. I just gave up and went with Domino’s. They were awesome, fast and super easy to order from
