Picked up an order from the Papa John’s in Eau Claire and had an awesome experience. The pizza was ready exactly when they said it would be, piping hot, and made perfectly. The staff at the counter were friendly and efficient, and the store looked clean and well-run. Couldn’t ask for a smoother pickup experience. Five stars all day.

So I ordered a signature sausage pizza for a buy 1 get 1 free deal on DoorDash and DoorDash put the order in so wonky and I got my pizza and it came with no cheese or sauce but that was what the DoorDash order told them to do I am pregnant and brainless so I didn’t really read the fine print so I called the store thinking it was their fault, the guy working fully explained to me what happened I was upset that DoorDash was misleading like that but also accepted that this was partially my fault due to not reading the exact fine print, the guy who helped me his name is Sergio and he still made me 2 new pizzas free of charge that were the ones I wanted! And mind you he made these pizzas 30 minutes before closing! He made my pregnant emotional self so happy and it made my whole night I’m tight on money so getting a pizza I spent my last $20 on that I was disappointed in was so heartbreaking to me but Sergio made sure I got a satisfying experience and left with a tasty pizza! I can’t thank him enough for his great customer service and understanding of the situation we need more people like him working in food service! I hope he gets a raise in the near future because he deserves it! I will be a forever customer for this experience!

They delivered a *very* under-baked pizza, and the employee who answered was incredibly rude about the situation. Our only option was to get a free pizza the next time we ordered, which isn’t a particularly enticing offer after this experience. Go to domino’s, or literally any other pizza place

There were no toppings on pizza. Not the same that we used to get. So disappointed seeing that I had to pick up being 1/2 miles from delivery zone. Not the same as it used to be.

Store appeared dirty and pizza was not on time for pickup. They were really busy. Pizza was topped a little haphazard and uneven. Not bad but not great. Will stick to other pizza options a in the area.

Ordered two pizzas from here, and both were NOT done. Called to let them know, and the guy I talked to said he would only give me a free pizza the next time I ordered from them. I asked if I could get a refund so I could go somewhere else that would cook a pizza the correct way and he said there is no way he would give a refund as they don’t ever have a problem with their pizzas. If you would look at the reviews, it looks like that has a lot of problems at the place.

Walked in to a worker with a cigarette literally hanging from there mouth the entire transaction then after even touched our pizzas to push them towards me to take. The cigarette wasn’t lit but still your in a food industry nobody wants to walk into that when there coming to pick up there food. I’ve never in my life had an experience like this. Not sure will be coming back to papa John’s ever again. FYI this was the first time we’ve ordered papa John’s in well over a year and this is the first experience we get.

Called because I had some questions, you just get a call center. The guy had no idea what was going on. He asked if it was for carry out. I said yes. Then he asked if I was picking it up. Umm…yes. Had to say no about 4 times to the promo items they just kept repeating and repeating. Would not tell me a estimate of how long it was unless I paid. I was not going to spend $30 and have to wait two hours. Part of the reason I called. I just gave up and went with Domino’s. They were awesome, fast and super easy to order from

Had placed an order online. After the order, was told I would receive an email indicating when my order would be ready for pick up. Never got an email. Had to call to find out. Went to pick up my order and only after arriving home, did I notice that one pizza was not what I had ordered and two pieces were gone. It was a custom made pizza that was not on the menu that perhaps was made by the crew for themselves that got swap with the pizza I ordered. I was disappointed and complained. The manager indicated he would refund my order and give credit to my account the next time I decide to order. Fast forward a month later… I called to place an order for pick up. I asked if there were any credit. Nope. Nothing. No credits, no notes. The only offer was a free pizza. It’s not the pizza, it the integrity of when you say you were going to do something, do it. I will no longer order from Papa John’s. Don’t go here, you might have missing pieces from your pizza.
