Me and my kids got food poisoning and are home from school. Called to report, and the general manager took my call and did nothing but tell me no one else called to report being sick. Can we agree that people don’t always call but will go to other locations. I order from here a lot but decided to pick it up and the counter where they were preparing the pizzas were fairly dirty. I called today to get a refund because why should I pay for something that made us sick and I wasn’t able to eat it ? My and my kids are still sick. A different manager today said my order was deleted, and she didn’t know what to do. However, she was nice, and I understood she’s young and apologized. Let’s see what happens when the general manager returns on Friday.

Incredibly terrible organization. They charged me 8 dollars for extra sauces, neglected to deliver those sauces, and once called their management told me I needed to call a corporate line to recover my money or to correct the problem. I have posted a total of 3 reviews in my life, I reserve these for the worst of the worst. This company DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!!! there are plenty of decent pizza joints in the area, save yourself some trouble.. choose anyone besides this place. And for the record, it was their manager I dealt with, so this problem is systemic and comes from the top down.. papa John’s should be ashamed to consider these individuals as part of their franchise

Worst pizza ever. I usually like Papa Johns Pizza, and was looking forward to the generous pepperochinis included with the pizza. The pizza was cold and the crust tasted like cardboard. The cheese bread also was cold and had a cardboard consistency. The pepperochini was one tiny little nub about the size of my thumb nail (i am a small person). So disappointed with this location and their product. I will not be ordering from Papa Johns again. Used to have good product. I could have had better frozen pizza for half the price. So sad.

My daughter ordered pizza from this location. When the food arrived I asked the driver to leave the food on the porch (we do no contact). He immediately said (there’s no tip). I said my daughter is a minor and doesn’t have cash. He them says he could put it on card. I said no, and he proceeds to drop the pizza on the floor. We called the store and the manager just said “I’ll talk with him” horrible. Horrible horrible.

After waiting over 5 minutes for somebody to finally say something To me, After several people we’re around the areand yet nobody said a word Utterly ridiculous!!!!!! I ordered 10 pizzas we left a $10 tip on the app if I could have I would have took the tip off!! No customer service skills at all by anyone including the manager. I am an amputee and I’m on Crutches. Nobody offered to help me carry out 5 pizzas, Or even get the door. That just aint right!
