When I arrived my large pizza and breadstick order was ready. The woman at the register went to grab that, while a gentleman asked if I needed anything else. I asked for plates as I was feeding 10 kids and was immediately given plates and an easy access bunch of napkins. I’m kind of obsessed with how great they are. The napkins. Together they bagged my order and accessories. All the while I am watching as a young man who was clearly already punched out for the day, answered the phone with a smile as another coworker happily but jeeringly rolled her eyes. As if to say, overachiever. Truly a great experience. I have ordered here in the past plenty, but this last week I got a full experience of what is happening there right now. Seemed like a great team. And very well staffed. I’d say I saw at least 8 employees, in the store, working hard on a Friday night at 4:45pm. Not a lot of great service out there these days, and so it was super refreshing.

Do NOT place a delivery order from this location! I placed my order via phone at 4:55pm and received email confirmation. Then an hour later notified the order was being processed through door dash and was going to take another 45 min to be delivered (new ETA 6:55pm). I called the store location thinking this was a mistake and was on hold for 10 min to talk to someone. They said this was not a mistake and they are behind because there was only one person on staff. I then spoke to the manager who told me that I should be “grateful” I’m getting my pizza since people are waiting longer than me. He said this is common at their location and that next time I order I should call and ask for 30% off. Do not believe their estimated delivery times!

This location is so hit or miss. 90% of the time, the pizza is cut terribly. Pictured is an example (sorry, we were hungry so this is after eating!). This was half pepperoni/half sausage. They didn’t cut along the dividing line (two slices had both) and the slice sizes were severely skewed. This wasn’t the first time, but by far was the worst we’d gotten from here.
We usually order extra sauce, which we actually get maybe half the time.
The flavor is on par with the chain, overall it’s just ok and we keep coming back for the convenience, price, and reward points. But now that I see other reviews about cross contamination, I’m not sure I’ll ever come back.

I never had problems at this location until the last two visits. I picked up my last order and the delivery driver was squealing his tires through the parking lot and came in the store cussing. I’m not sensitive to that but it was uncomfortable the way he did it. Now I ordered delivery and paid for 3 extra garlic sauces and all of them were open. Tried to call and I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes while I write this. Guess I’m throwing those out and not going there any more. Looking at the other reviews they won’t be in business much longer. Sad because that is my favorite pizza

Pizza wasn’t even made right. Pepperoni under cheese and double the cheese doesn’t taste right. I can’t eat it, going in garbage.

Bad: pizza quality whoever made our pizzas didn’t spread out the sauce and toppings so half the pizza was just crust.
The stuffed crust pizza the crust was undercooked and had raw dough so when I called back the manager didn’t have any resolution.
When I showed up to pick up the pizza there was one manager that seemed to be the only one working and was on what sounded like personal call arguing with someone while he was gathering my order.
This location always seems to have some type of staffing issue and is incredibly inconsistent. The only time I order is when I’m in a pinch and enough time has passed that I forgot how bad my previous Papa John’s experience here was.

I attempted to place an online order. Email confirmation stated order would be ready 7:31 pm to 7:41 pm. At 8 pm the order had not even been started. They just said not ready. When I asked I just told them to cancel it. I’m not even sure if the cashier that was also making pizzas ever washed his hands. There were a dozen people standing in the store waiting for orders as well. What a disappointment.

Last week we ordered 3 pizzas and garlic dough sticks and this was probably the most disgusting pizza our family has ever had. All three pizzas were dry and hardly had any toppings on them. This will be our last time ordering from this place. Plus our order took forever to make and was cold as well. Overall awful.

I was here 1/28/26 at 8:07pm. I walked in the store. There was 3 guys working. Nobody spoke at all. One guy even went as far, to greet the guy next to me. Totally giving me the snub. I then asked the young man walking pass, with ear buds ignoring me. The kid look like he was offended ,for be asked about food. There was even an older guy there. Listen, when you ignore me, that doesn’t say it’s something wrong with me. It does say you are dangerously insecure though. Do better with everyone.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Our pizza arrived over 3 hours late and was completely cold when it finally showed up. To make matters worse, I tried calling over a dozen times to check on the order and could not get through once. No updates, no accountability, no apology. This was beyond frustrating and unacceptable. I will never order from here again.
