I spent $25 for a large pizza with garlic stuffed crust and they literally gave me a pizza without any crust in the middle. Aside from the crust section there was just cheese and toppings on the box. I’ve never had to eat pizza with a fork before.

Sunday February first at 6pm I placed an order throught the app. After 2 hours of my food not being delivered I reached out to the store where I was yelled at by the manager about how she didn’t care how long I have waited and would not give me a time frame for when my order would be delivered. I then called the customer support line to get an idea of what was going on they told me my order was being made and would be delivered. At 11pm my order was not delivered and I called customer support again and was told I would be refunded and would be contacted by the a regional manager. It has been 6 days and no one has contacted me. So just be careful when calling because the manager might loose there shit on you and support will do nothing about it because they are useless and the regional manager can’t be bothered to contact you, and you won’t get your food either.

We ordered 6 pizzas for my son’s birthday party. I ordered around 1PM with scheduled delivery time at 5:45PM. The delivery man knocked on the door exactly at 5:45PM. The pizzas were hot and everybody enjoyed the food.

On more than one occasion, this location has messed up the delivery/hand-off of our order.
Tonight, we placed an order for delivery, and when it was not delivered (and the PapaTracker was not updated from “making”), we called to ask about the status. We were told there were no deliveries tonight and that they didn’t know when our order would be done because they were busy. When we called back later to cancel the order, still with no update or receipt of the pizza, we were told they didn’t have our order. The phone conversations have been unprofessional, and close to two hours after placing our order, we still have no pizza.

I’ve used them for a while because they have a really good deal with a pizza, chicken poppers, and 2-liter for a low price and the delivery fee isn’t as ridiculous as many others in the area.
But this last time I went was really disgusting. I open the box and one entire piece is a shriveled air bubble. There were a lot of air bubbles on the rest of the pizza too. I’m not sure what childish reason they would use to excuse themselves but no way should that be served to a customer. Busy, short-staffed, or whatever, slop like that belongs in the trash, not in a box at my doorstep.

Our first time in! No one in line to order, but just then two delivery guys came in to pick up completed orders, so obviously they were very busy. I decided to order the 6 cheese large to go. We figured it would be quite a wait, but when I told the guy that it was our first time in, he put our order in next and told me it would be ready in about ten minutes and gave me a nice discount. Sure enough, and he even carried it out to the car for me! The aroma was driving us crazy on the short drive home. WOW! Terrific! Our new favorite pizza place for sure!

Last Friday, I went to Papa John’s and I was cashed out by a kind woman named Haley (her name was on the receipt). I ordered the shack pizza. It was absolutely delicious. However, the atmosphere of the establishment was not particularly enjoyable. It was dark, and the lighting was poor, but the kind girl at the till was very chipper when cashing me out and made me happy to be inside the Papa John. The shack pizza was great, but too much pepperoni. Thank you Mister John’s.
