$15.35 for a cup of strawberries. Ridiculous. I might as well go to the store and get them for under $4. I asked for the viral Dubai chocolate cup and at first the server wasn’t even trying to give me that much chocolate or pistacho sauce. I had to ask her for more and was served with attitude back? Idk, im sure if anyone was paying $15 for a cup they would want it loaded ? Currently eating it right now and its just a cup of strawberries at this point. Disappointing. Tooooo long of a wait! About 45 minutes! Just two workers there handling a long line all day long. They were super tired by the time we got there (7:30pm). I was frustrated and my kids were too. I lost my appetite due to the long wait. This happens frequently there. Will not come back. Gave them too many opportunities. There are plenty more Michoacanas around this area.

Terrible and pretty dirty. Went in and waited in line and when asked who was next I gave my order. The woman didn’t seem to be paying attention so I repeated my order. She then skipped me because I went in with my sister even though we were paying separately. They apparently group people together. I was fine with that until the other lady asks for my order and then tells me she doesn’t have the item. Why the other woman couldn’t tell me they didn’t have what I wanted is beyond me instead of ignoring me and moving on. That’s not good customer service.

My niece had ordered an ice cream with sour patch kids on top & the lady grabbed the sour patch kids with her bare hands.
My nephew ordered ice cream with sprinkles on top & the container fell and sprinkles fell all over the top of the sliding door of the freezer that contains the ice cream. When we where paying, I saw her collect all the sprinkles and put them back on the container.

I went it today, and ordered a mangoneada. As in halway through I feel something crunchy and I take it out of my mouth. I found a nail piece inside my mangoes like what the heck . And it does not belong to me. I have all my nails perfectly still in their place with a pink no chip and the nail I found was clear. Appetite gone, chances of going back gone!

This place does not even deserve a star. Terrible service. I walked in, waited in line. Of course since I’m not full Hispanic they take care of every other person first. Even the people who they clearly seen walk in after me. The place wasn’t even as busy as it usually is. Never again will I spend my money there. Not to mention, it’s very filthy. I will definitely be calling the BBB.

This place is nasty bad service and the ice cream and everythig else is just plain old bad. You need to go visit the one in palatine and learn a little something from them. I ordered some dorilocos and it looked as if they took a dump on my doritos, and then the mango ice cream tasted all watery with no flavor.
