Easily my favorite pizza place in town. Staff is friendly and very helpful. You never have to wait long for your food. Mike has a good crew working with him and as a delivery driver I rarely have to wait long on food if at all. Now if I can just get Shaq to make an appearance ha ha. something must be going right cause they have very little turnover compared to other places.

Usually have good service and quality pizza here with a few exceptions. I can’t get over the $6 delivery charge when it doesn’t go to the drivers. If you’re ordering a normal large pizza for delivery this is bumping the price up around 30%.

Ordered 2 large pizza’s and cheese sticks. They didn’t have any of the extra sauces in it and the toppings on the pizza were very skimpy. You could.count the pieces of meat on 1 hand. Hardly any mushrooms and stuff on it. Usually don’t have a issue there but it has gone down hill a alot. Will be ordering from somewhere else next pizza night.

Ordered our food, got delivered by door dash people, car full of kids, my food wasn’t even in bags it was sitting in some persons lap and the driver didn’t get out of the car. I don’t know if these people touched my food, it should all be kept in one bag, it should be brought by papa johns people. And walk your lazy self out of the car and bring the food to the place you’re delivering to. This is so unprofessional? We haven’t ordered from papa johns in so long and won’t be ever again. It was the worst pizza we have EVER HAD. ORDERED A LARGE EPIC STUFF CRUST. I BELIEVE WE WERE ONLY GIVEN A MEDIUM. ONLY HAD 8 pieces. I could count the sausage on it maybe 10 not even enough for all slices, mushrooms maybe 5, and the pepperoni 5. Cheese in stuff crust was all melted out on the box. Would have made a great personal size pizza maybe one of us would have felt like we ate something and not had to go get more. I tried several times to reach our store by phone but no luck. No more business from us.

Last time we ordered they were supposed to deliver. We get a call 45 minutes later stating they can’t deliver. We were promised a free pizza with our next order. We called to order the next time and got someone who could barely speak English. When we told him we had a free pizza he transferred us to the local branch. So far this is the second time we’ve tried to get through and have been on hold for over 20 minutes each time. Still waiting. I don’t know how they stay in business with this kind of service.

Service here has been rude and frustrating to say the least lately. We called a few times at work, to order pizza for lunch, and got “Call back in an hour.” Click. That happened twice. Another time we got put on hold forever. Last week when we actually got through, we got over charged. I just tried to call and order pizza for my family today and got out on hold 3 times. Their pizza is great and love the new Papadia’s. But the customer service is the worst I’ve seen in a LONG time. Totally not worth it.

First time I ordered delivery and a Hour and 15 minutes later still no pizza. I had to call them they didn’t call me, and told me they did not get my address right and offered to remake it I told them no because it was a school night. So Tuesday I decided to give them another shot. Went to pick up my pizza and got home with and low and behold it was not mine. They asked me twice for my name and still have me the wrong one. So I called them and they were gonna remake it and I asked well how much is the difference between what I paid and what the others paid. Well after waiting on hold for another 15 minutes they decided to give me a full refund. Long story short I will not be getting Papa John’s no more until they have competent staff. They acted like I done something wrong when they had to refund me for their screw up twice.
