dirty inside, roof is leaking water. They messed up my order and only gave me attitude and no solution and would not honor my coupon. Lots of better options for pizza in this town. Do better papa johns. 0/5 stars

Saturday my husband and I went to get a pizza and breadsticks. The kid working was very rude and had major attitude. My husband even asked if they was still taking orders before we ordered. Kid was like I guess and slammed the boxes in his hands on the counter.
Same kid was rude to my daughter and her friends earlier in the day about the cheese cups he forgot.
Can’t believe how rude he was. When I go back if he is working I won’t be ordering from him.

Food was cold! Took the delivery driver 30 minutes to get here after it left the store. I called the store twice they refused to give me my refund.

Pizza itself seems fine, but my ETA was 20min, and when I showed up after a half hour they hadn’t even started it yet. Definitely don’t believe the ETA from the app, and my advice would be to order early! This isn’t the first time this has happened at this Papa John’s, unfortunately.

Easily my favorite pizza place in town. Staff is friendly and very helpful. You never have to wait long for your food. Mike has a good crew working with him and as a delivery driver I rarely have to wait long on food if at all. Now if I can just get Shaq to make an appearance ha ha. something must be going right cause they have very little turnover compared to other places.

Last time we ordered they were supposed to deliver. We get a call 45 minutes later stating they can’t deliver. We were promised a free pizza with our next order. We called to order the next time and got someone who could barely speak English. When we told him we had a free pizza he transferred us to the local branch. So far this is the second time we’ve tried to get through and have been on hold for over 20 minutes each time. Still waiting. I don’t know how they stay in business with this kind of service.
