Delivery was completed in 25 minutes given the condition of the pizza it dry texture hardened crust reduced temperature (lukewarm) to touch even through the box It is inconsistent with freshly made pizza. When I contacted the store the GM she said that it was freshly(and she’s the only one employee) NOT MADE FRESH apologize say your the only one and cut corners to keep up. It’s the lying for me

I usually order from this location but this time I am 100% positive I got the flu from a delivery driver who very clearly was not hygienic nor did they follow delivery instructions. Food was also incredibly greasy and not cut properly.

So very disappointing. I’m not sure what happened here. First this is my first meatball hoagie from Papa John’s and I’ve been waiting for them to make them for years and was so disappointed in the presentation. There was so much sauce it had burned and you can see parts of it in the picture and the bun was burned black on both sides. I also got a cookie (which was very good) and one of the four for five drink things. He forgot them. He did drive back and was apologetic but when I got to the sandwich, which also wasn’t cut hence the knife, I was so put off. I did enjoy the drivers personality but his attention to detail needs work. Disappointing.

Walked in, gave my order, within 10 minutes, they were packing it up for us and our the door. They were fast, the food was exactly what I ordered. Only 2 people working, but food was amazing!!! It was still hot when I parked in front of my house.

Papa John’s North in Bloomington Indiana was fabulous. The staff was amazing, the general manager was professional and kind. I was able to get her name, Arianna. She
seemed so young but had such a handle on the operations and her staff that I was taken back by how well she was able to coordinate everything and get the food out in less than 5 minutes. I would recommend this location to anyone who wants a great dining experience.

We paid $45 for a “large” works pizza and 6 wings to be delivered to our hotel. The pizza barely had anything on it. We couldn’t believe how bare the pizza was, and for the price, it was a rip off. The tip was included but the driver waited like we owed her another tip. The pizza actually looked like a medium not a large. We were very disappointed having paid so much for what used to be good food now it is terrible. We should be compensated.

It’s tough to order from Papa John’s in the first place living in Bloomington with so many other good options to compete with but my daughter wanted it for her 14th birthday (1/1/24). We ordered 1 large pepperoni pizza online at 3p for a 515p pick up. I arrived at 510p and was told it would be 10-15 minutes. At 525, I checked in again and they hadn’t even started the order… again keeping in mind we’re talking about 1 pizza with 1 topping that was ordered almost 2.5 hours before that. I stepped outside and then at 535 checked again and the 1 pizza order still hadn’t even been started. I work for a restaurant management company so I’m likely more understanding than the average person but 2.5 hours+ for 1 pizza from a quick service style restaurant is completely unacceptable. I ended up cancelling the order.
