Wow, amazing bagels!! The apple cinnamon cream cheese was as smooth as a unicorn’s rainbow colored velvet-to-the-touch tail! And the apple pie muffin? To die for!! This was a 10/10 and I hope to be back soon! Bagel was so toasted to perfection it was as if it were forged in Sauron’s eye!

I had the breakfast BLT and blueberry muffin, both were delicious! The muffins are huge but I saw they also had mini muffins. The staff were speedy and friendly, the seating area was clean. I noticed they also had a drive thru that seemed to move quickly. Would recommend this for sure.

Went inside to order. Everything Bagels are super good, anyway you like them. Wanted to order some delicious muffins…..but the muffin display was full of gnats and flies! Usually Big Apple is better than this.

Food is good but the wait time is horrible. Multiple times I’ve sat in line for 15 minutes plus to place and get my order. If I wanted to wait that long I’d go to a sit down place. I sat in line this morning for 10 minutes without it moving to even be able to place my order, so I left.

Absolutely love their bagels!! Been going here for years but lately seems like kids are running the store and it took almost 10 minutes to get my order right! They even messed up on it twice. They really need some adult supervision or older help!

Best bagels in the tri-city area. Love them! Stopped by the store, though at 257 pm. Doors were locked. I was so disappointed. They close at 3pm.
