Hands-down the best Papa Johns in the area, and likely one of the best in the entire chain. The staff is terrific and extremely efficient. I’ve never had a single delay with any order I’ve made here – and that includes weekend, holiday AND game day orders. They definitely don’t skimp on anything, either, and the pies here can honestly go toe-to-toe with any of the local joints. I have nothing but praise for this location and look forward to picking up plenty of chicken ‘n’ olive pies in the future.

I don’t really have a bad review most of the time the place is pretty good occasionally too much sauce but not all the time. Or they forget my extra garlic sauce. But today, today I got a surprise November 18th 2024. Just look at the pictures. I got a Pizza screen with my pizza and I realized that they do not wash these things very often apparently. And the burn in the Pizza screen can burn into my pizza I could taste the burnt.

If you want pizza you are better off finding somewhere else. The last couple times I have ordered from there, I have had some sort of issue. One night on in store pick up myself and 7 others stood there in line because the female with long reddish hair with blonde streaks thought it was more important to put labels on boxes, then to make things even better she wanted to have an attitude, but when the GM was emailed, she did not even care to respond so clearly the careless attitude goes further tan just the store. Then there is the issue of their food in general. They cannot cut a pizza to save their life and apparently there is also a bread dough shortage because they went from having long breadsticks actually looked like breadsticks, to now they look more like short stubby fingers. Look at the picture. Lastly, hope you do not expect an actual driver from the company to deliver because they apparently cannot afford to hire drivers since they seem to only use door dashers as their delivery drivers. Order number was 012324 on Taylor Dr. just incase the corporate geniuses actually want to take the time to look in to this store and correct or replace the entire team (replacing them would be the best option) at that location on E. Lewis and Clark in Clarksville, IN.

Hair was baked into my pizza crust. I will never eat at any papa Johns again because they do NOT wear hairnets. It’s my husband’s fault too for not reading the reviews. According to other reviews they don’t even wash their hands. Had he paid attention to the 2 stars on Yelp I wouldn’t have got sick last night.

They messed our order up and said we could have it remade at a later date. However, when we called to have it done the store had no record of it. Just goes to show there’s no communication. The pizza tasted absolutely horrible and was burnt. I ordered an extra cheese pizza. When I came to pick it up they said that it had screwed it up and accidentally add pepperoni and had to remake it but they didn’t put the extra cheese when they remade it. Absolutely horrible service. Called the manger and they said well there’s nothing we can do. Papa John’s Pizza has gone downhill. And the manager didn’t try and do anything to help the situation whatsoever. Even though the manager lied to me. He said it had taken too long. I’m sorry that my husband has cancer and I couldn’t order it the next day.

They messed up our pick up order, we called ans the manger had said she put it in the system to have it replaced. We called at a later date and manager never put the information in, so we basically paid for food we didn’t order and they refused to replace it!! We order from this store outsidde of the area wejre we live befusee its usually better than our home store. Not anymore though. It we’re going to get crappy pizza from a Papa johns store then we’ll order from our local one. Either way the food osngoing to suck
