The food seems kind of expensive, but the portions are huge. The pictures on their menu do not do the sizes of the dishes any justice. I’d highly recommend sharing.
Upon arrival, the hostess was friendly and seated my party promptly. However, the service and food quality that followed were unacceptable. My sister and I ordered lattes; hers hot, mine iced yet both arrived iced with the syrup visibly settled at the bottom. That was only the beginning.
When my breakfast arrived, I couldn’t even begin eating because the silverware was filthy. It had dried food stuck to it and specks of lint, as if it had been wiped with an unsanitary rag. It took 12 minutes for anyone to acknowledge our request for clean (ultimately plastic) utensils. During this time, a server made eye contact with me as I tried to get her attention and still chose to ignore us. Whether we were her table or not, that is unacceptable service in a hospitality environment. A simple acknowledgment would have been the bare minimum. Instead, it was the busser who did not speak English, who was the only one willing to help.
Once I finally had something usable to eat with, my food itself was another disappointment. I ordered my eggs fried hard, and they arrived completely undercooked—slimy, raw, and inedible. I had to stare at uncooked eggs for nearly ten minutes before I could even locate my server. The turkey patties were no better; they had an unpleasant, musky taste.
Our server never checked on us after taking the order. I had to physically get up and find her to address these issues. She stated she would remove the eggs and turkey patties from the bill, but instead she applied a Disney Cast Member discount that only reduced the total by $4. No one at our table was a Disney Cast Member???
In the end, I paid $32 for raw eggs, dirty cutlery, and food I could not eat.
This experience showed a complete breakdown in cleanliness, food safety, service standards, and basic guest care. I left disappointed, frustrated, and concerned about the overall operation of this restaurant. I would strongly caution anyone before choosing to dine here.
