It was okay but I expect more from a medium 20$ pizza. Toppings only on half of each slice so a lot was not eaten as it was just sauce and crust. Would definitely order extra cheese if I go again.

I have waited a long time to post a review out of hopes the many bad experiences we have had with the Germantown, OH Papa John’s was just because they were short staffed, new, having a bad day, etc. I have never worked in food service so I always try to give the benefit of the doubt. I can’t do that anymore. This is LITERALLY the absolute worst papa John’s I have ever ordered from. Every single order is wrong, without fail they will forget something, mess up the order, or in this case deliver a pizza that was completely smashed. These guys don’t care, I don’t know what their problem is but if Papa John’s doesn’t fix it soon, I can promise they will go out of business.

So I ordered 2 pizzas 1 large 1 extra large see the picture attached. When I called the request the either something be done or just had a question of why this one was the same size as the other 1 when I ordered a large and an extra large they told me that it shrank in the oven… but the large didn’t shrink in the oven so now I’m very very confused. Good luck with your order… I hope that you get what you payed extra for because I did not.

Could not order online as always have. Called the actual store was told that he would take order this time but needed to call the number to order through third party that you can’t even understand the people taking the order. Since I wasn’t able to use online since they were having problems with online ordering I wasn’t going to be able to use any of my rewards. Germantown papa Johns is a joke. We’ve ordered multiple times and the food is never warm let alone hot the delivery driver is disgusting looking and smells and they forget something every single time you order and when you call to tell them what they forgot you get arguments and rude employees not wanting to do their extremely simple jobs.

Unfortunately a second time total nightmare with this store. The first time we ordered they delivered half the order and said they were sorry they had a fight in the store with employees so they’d have to come back with rest of order which was already pushing an hour delivery time. . This time we ordered online at 1013pm.. Guess what.. we didn’t get any of our order this time. Not a phone call, nothing we called and nobody picked up and then by 11pm the machine said closed. So now we have 56 dollars worth of pizza we never got to eat. We had hungry kids and guests. Total disregard for customers this store. Stick to Captain 9s and Don’s. At least they call you if there are issues and or show up on time with full order.
