ABYSMAL SERVICE
Ordered 3 pizzas all original crust; all the crusts were flat with no delicious defined ridge around the edge (like the yeast didn’t rise). This is the second time in two weeks this has happened; let it pass the first time. When I called and spoke with the manager he seemed
1)shocked that I wanted to return them
2) made no effort to apologise
3) made no effort to compensate
4) looks like he charged me again instead
of refunding the charge

When ordering the fella that don’t speak English inputted my order incorrectly the first incident and added 57 dollars worth of pepperchinis. I swore the place off but tonight I caved when my kids asked. The new fella who didn’t speak English took close to 20 minutes to take my order and quoted a delivery time of 40 minutes. At the 70 minute mark I called to check on the order and they had just put it in the oven and said “them guys are never right” in regards to the call center they use. I will not do business with them ever again

Seriously the best Papa John’s I’ve ever been to. Always super consistent with the pizza: never undercooked, super cheesy, super crispy pepperoni. I’ve ordered here probably a dozen times and I’m totally impressed every time. If you live anywhere NEAR here and want Papa John’s, take the extra time to go to the Eaton location. SO, so much better than any other place. Honestly don’t understand what’s up with these bad reviews because everyone I’ve ever talked to in town loves this place.

We’ve eaten pizza more this year than usual, and have been very impressed with the food quality and the service of the Eaton PJ’s location.
Today the service was fine, but the pizza seemed a little under done and was not as hot as usual. Also most of the ingredients were in the center of the pie which kind of defeats the definition of a Works pizza. It would maybe be more understandable if they had been slammed (which is usually the case when we’ve ordered there) but they were not busy at all this afternoon. The parking lot was almost empty.
We got Jalapeño poppers too, and they were fine.
We’ll definitely give them another chance based on our past experiences.

Pizza was OK for me. Not a big papa John’s fan but the family is. If going at night especially on weekends be prepared for a Wait. They get crazy busy. Waiting on our carry out we saw first hand. The employees were non stop getting the pizzas made and out the door. Very impressed by this crew.

We love the Eaton Papa Johns. It is always clean and Kristen is just the sweetest. They always welcome us when we go in. All the staff are so nice and friendly. Just a very happy friendly atmosphere.

All these negative reviews don’t understand this place is brand new. Ya the wait times are long but it’s because they are so busy from people like you and they tell you the wait time up front. Everthing I have ordered has been hot and delicous. I can deal with the wait if the food is good. It just takes some planning ahead. Like don’t call 10 minutes before your 30 minute break during rush lunch time thinking your pizza will make it all the way across town in time for you to eat it…
Keep up the good work here!

I’ve always had great pizza from Papa Johns in Eaton. Tonight there was a mix up in my order when it arrived. The driver was very nice and apologetic. When I called the store to get my order corrected they went above and beyond to make things right. THANK YOU!!
