I didn’t realize I needed to read reviews on a freaking Subway sandwich shop! I really wish I had before going here! I will be telling everyone! IF you are wanting Subway, DON’T go to this one!! First of all, the veggies looked iffy, but I chanced it anyway. I also did NOT ask for extra mayo or mustard, but the older gentleman working SATURATED my sandwich! I spent almost $12 on just a sandwich, got it home and couldn’t even eat 1/2 of it! It was absolutely inedible! As you can see from the picture, the mustard and mayo was ALL OVER! Extremely disgusting & disappointing!

Debbie and Ray are super friendly and down-to-earth. We chatted for a bit while they made my food, and it felt like a true mom-and-pop shop — something you don’t see much anymore. You can tell they genuinely care. I’ll definitely be back for more good food and conversation.

I was the only one in there. It was 5:55pm It took 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches. I was driving 7 minutes and I ordered toasted bread and sandwiches, they were cold-she toasted both sandwiches together. Bread was only white bread and tasted like it had been sitting there awhile. All condiments looked not to good. Gave them the benefit of the doubt. They tasted horrible. We needed up going out to eat at Jersey Mike’s. My bill was $38.00 for 2 12 inch sandwiches, pop and chips. Just gross! The guy working the register had the computer up so loud the gal working and myself couldn’t hear. A young gal that was kneeling on the floor leaning on him watching computer by him didn’t even work there and I should have just left. ‍♀️. Weird – what a waste of $38 dollars.

Rude guy as old and unpleasant as usual. The entire reviews section talks about him and they are all true. I’ve worked in fast food for many different establishments when i was in my twenties. You make sandwiches, it’s not hard or something to get upset about.
Every time I drive by the place is empty, dirty, closed at a time it shouldn’t be or all of the above.
Just retire man.

This subway is wild. Paper printed signs everywhere are a vibe…

– Outside reads: “No camera photo or video”
– Restroom door: “Out of order”
– Seating section: “Closed”

Stopped in to place an order bc I had issues applying a promo in app. The counter lady was so rude. I can only imagine what was picked up on film that prompted the hand printed signs.

Like, if this isn’t your thing — just close shop already. If you want a mind trip, checkout this Subway.

Not gone lie. As I was sitting in the lobby waiting for my sandwich, I was ready to give this store the worst review ever. I ordered my sandwich using the Subway app, and the sandwich was supposed to be ready at 4:40. I got to the store and let them know I had an online order, and that it’s supposed to be ready for pickup. She said they didn’t receive my order and I’d have to contact “them” to ask why they haven’t received it. I asked her who “them” is and showed her my app and that it says my sandwich is supposed to be ready. I was not in a good mood at that point. Then a man comes out of the back. He asks to see my app. I showed it to him. He looked at the computer and found my order. Then things got a lot better. He was very pleasant. Told me he’d toast my sandwich with the onions and jalapenos on it to bring out the flavor. And made a joke about making sure I don’t get the food in my beard because he has one too. He made the best out of a bad situation. I’m big on customer service, and they took care of business. I, the customer, left happy, and my sandwich was very tasty.

Restroom is not open. There is sanitizer station but it is not working. The person who came to me and told me he didn’t understand what I said. The person was on a the phone even when getting us sandwich prepared.

I went in today to grab 2 subs and Ray, the owner, made them. He was so friendly and personable. He was prompt in assembling my subs and his subs tasted great!

This was the most memorable subway outing I have ever had. My partner and I went for a quick dinner before grabbing our Target order across the street. I was wearing my mom’s Harley Davidson sweatshirt which sparked a conversation with who I believe is the owner of the store. My mom passed away a few years ago and he listened to me tell her whole journey . As he was making our sandwiches we found out the gal standing behind the counter with him was his wife. We talked about the Happy Gilmore movie obviously and found his passion for dancing. After being there for what felt like 40 minutes, we took our food and went to our car. It was such a good interaction for them being complete strangers. Reading these poor, horrible, reviews do not justify how good these two people are and the difference they made it our monotonous evening. P.S thanks for the cups

Not surprised by the low reviews. I wish I could give ZERO stars! We walked in 8:35pm, 25mins before closing. The old lady making the sandwiches took 25 minutes to make two sandwiches for ONE person who was in front of us. By the time she started making our sandwiches, it was only two by the way, the time was already 9pm. She was very rude soon as we walked in, very slow and not to mention when the owner came in, AT CLOSING time, assuming it’s this Ray guy. He was extremely rude! He claims people should go back for a better experience but when you do, it’s just 100x worse than the first visit! I will definitely tell everyone to NOT to visit this specific subway! We actually argued with the owner and the old lady, who should be in a nursing home or she should be working a job that is more her turtle speed. As for the owner, this dude needs therapy and anger management classes. He has no idea what good customer service is.. I’m surprised nobody wants to work for him or with the old lady. Highly recommend NOT eating or going to this restaurant at all! It is definitely the worst experience ever!! Just absolutely horrible! I’m glad I wasn’t the only one with a terrible experience. Reading the reviews makes me laugh because wow! How could this guy still be in business?! Corporate time to do something about this guy!
