How this place has decent reviews is beyond me. My wife and I ordered a pizza tonight and were told 30-45 minutes. After waiting almost 2 hours the driver finally showed up. Luckily the website was only allowing cash payments so I refused the delivery. There are much better pizza options in town with acceptable delivery times. Thanks for the empty stomach tonight, Papa Johns!

I had a great experience today at Papa John’s. I ordered a papadia through their website and it was ready in less than 15 mins. I was greeted immediately with really friendly service. The parking lot is a little small, especially if you have a big car or truck, but I had no problems.

I ordered online waited for my food for an hour then checked the tracker and it said my food had been delivered reason I know it wasn’t delivered I was paying in cash then I call the store and was placed on hold for another 30 mins then hung up to call back choosing an different option but connected to the same person then was placed on hold for another 20 mins. I rather been told they couldn’t make it to me for whatever reason than to be ignored and lied to. Not to mention I’m a regular customer even used papa points that I can’t get back.

Do not do not order from this location the guy cooking dose not wash his hands his cooking the pizza and cashiers at the same time. Touching move and then cooking the pizza with out washing his hands is so unsanitary
