KEVIN IS THE WORST PERSON I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH TRYING TO ORDER FOOD. KEVIN Takes the top 3 in terrible people in life. How he has a job in the food industry is beyond my comprehension. It took 55 minutes to even get here,10 minutes away. I called to let them know that the pizza was terrible. Undercooked and been in the box long enough to sag the bottom from the grease that wasn’t cooked off.
KEVIN answered the phone and after I made my complaint he proceeded to tell me that HE made the pizza and HE knows that I am not telling the truth. That this pizza in the pictures was made by HIM. KEVIN and was perfect. Worst experience I’ve had ordering pizza to date and I have never been called a liar by anyone let alone some pizza hack that threw out some BS. I will be sending this to corporate KEVIN. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. I EVEN TIPPED THE DRIVER $10 AND DIDN’T EVEN GET THE PAPER PLATES AND NAPKINS. I wish I could give negative ⭐ for sure because they definitely do not get any stars.

They are just so inconsistent and I’m there every week. Just make it good. The order you see in the picture is a large pepperoni pizza and a large extra cheese pizza. Bad.

I don’t know about the other locations, but the Finneytown location is terrible! The workers are nice, but the pizzas are always disappointing! They skimp on ingredients and sauce, no matter how plead with them. And if they offer a special (forget it), you will barely get anything on it.
I said that I wasn’t going to go back to them for awhile after my previous disappointing experiences, but they had a special, so I thought I’d give them another try…..Disappointed again!
So now it’s back to Domino’s where I’ve been getting my pizzas lately, and they’re pretty good. Their ingredients aren’t always end to end on the pizzas, but at least they’re on there, and they don’t skimp on them!

My wife and I order from the store on Winton Rd just about every week. Tonight was awful and we will never give them our business again. I placed an order online for pick up at 5. I got to the store at 5 picked up the pizza. The box was warm but not hot like normal. We live 5 minutes from the store. Long story short the pizza was cold as ice . I went back to the store asked for a refund and for a fresh pizza . They gave me a refund but refused to make a fresh pizza. I asked to speak to the manager . He was rude and refused to do anything . Long story short they lost a customer tonight .

Im calling corporate. More talking than working, its everytime!! My mobile app says its ready I get there and its NOT ready. Got my refund and bounced, do better papa johns. Norwood location is wayyy better.

“Terrible experience with Papa John’s. The pizza I ordered barely had any cheese on it, making it dry and tasteless. To make things worse, the delivery man carelessly left the pizza on the ground, which is beyond unacceptable. This was by far one of the worst pizza experiences I’ve ever had. Completely disgusting and disappointing—won’t be ordering from here again.”

Food was very good (Pizza needs more sauce even though I ordered extra sauce). I’d ordered online but they lost my order (they had it on the computer!) and they kept saying “any minute now.” I waited 26 minutes and missed an event at home. Don’t lie when you keep saying “any minute.” Person who brought me the order than said “they didn’t have any idea what happened.” Bad!
