Tapas, tapas, tapas! Jaleo delivers on small bites and incredible shareables. Had the best chorizo of my life made from pata negra ham. The same ones that eat acorns and are famous for incredible flavor. They make paella over open flame which imparts smokiness that you don’t get through conventional cooking. Steaks and chicken made over binchotan charcoal. Very cool stuff and very rare in Orlando! Great variety of dishes big and small for anyone who loves high quality eats. Don’t forget the pan con tomate!

Fantastic food and experience! Photos do not do this justice. Each course started with the aroma as each dish was presented. Juan was incredible as he described each dish and answered our questions. We enjoyed the wine pairing, but were so overwhelmed by the food, we didn’t take any photos. A great Valentine’s Day experience!

If you’re looking for some excellent Spanish cuisine, this will be sure fire hit! I went with a couple of friends and my wife and I will say that this is an elevated experience and not a quick service eatery and this reflects in the prices. There is food available at a lower cost too and the range goes high. There are paella experiences for two and you’ll spend at minimum close to $100 for that. Al la carte there is a wonderful range of fresh and tasty dishes beautifully presented. The staff was outstanding in their professionalism and attentiveness. Never too far away, but allowing one to talk freely with friends. We could all hear each other with no challenges and the restaurant is beautiful with a number of different kitchen’s. Jaleo by Jose Andres is known for Spanish tapas, and paella.

The drink menu is expansive as one would imagine but their cocktail menu was phenomenal as well. I had a

To eat, I tried the Jose’s Taco which is Jamón ibérico de bellota and Royal Ossetra caviar. It was absolutely fantastic and they serve it to you as you see in the video. You can order larger quantities and dishes around the ham which is world famous and reminded of the episode of No Reservations where Anthony Bourdain was practically drooling over it. Now I understand why. Yum! I had the Bikini de Jamón Con Queso Manchego. It was really, really good. The bread was fresh and the meat was very tasty. It was more filling than I anticipated and was priced at about $15. Everything is served to be shared. The croquettes de pollo were excellent and one of our party isn’t the biggest fan of Spanish food (Shame!) and she enjoyed it as well.

I had the Jerez Old Fashion and it consists of Contradiction bourbon, Spanish Solera brandy, cinnamon, and fernet. I would order this every time I go there it was so good. My wife doesn’t like whisky based drinks and she even said it smelled delicious.

All in all, this was a tremendous experience and far surpassed all of my expectations! I highly recommend this wonderful establishment!

They sell a nice looking burger in case someone in your party would prefer that.

Made a reservation here for lunch while we were at Disney Springs. As we walked in, I was blown away by the stunning interior. The colorful furnishings, lights, decorative, all made it so for an amazing dining space.

The menu had appetizers, salads, hand held sandwiches, fried items and desserts. I ordered the Txuleburger that came with big well cooked patty, topped with cheese, secret sauce and peppers. I liked the burger. The cod fritters were decent. My daughter’s cheeseburger from kid’s menu was not tasty, that patty needed so much more flavor. The pepito sandwich’s steak was good bread was so hard and looked unappealing.

Overall the service was good. But it took so much time for the food to come out, when there were only few tables occupied. I had to wait about 20 minutes for my burger. The quality of the food and serving time wasn’t up to my expectations.

Food was fantastic, but compared to the Vegas location the service was lacking. Spotted explanations of the dishes left us a little lost in the tasting experience. Still very creative and tasty food!

We had a really pleasant experience dining here at Jaleo. The wait time was actually shorter than what we were originally told, which was a nice surprise. The ambiance was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal.
Our server was lovely, she was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing.
I ordered the octopus, which was tender but lacked flavor. I paired it with a glass of wine that complemented it nicely. My kids had the classic chicken and fries, and they really enjoyed it! It was crispy, well-seasoned, and kid-approved.
Overall, a great spot for both adults and families. Would definitely come back!

Yesterday we went to Jaleo with a group of ten people. This was my third time visiting the restaurant, as I truly love Spanish cuisine and have been following Chef José Andrés for a long time—he’s incredible on a global level. Every time I come, the food is consistently excellent.

We ordered three types of paella: seafood, vegetable, and meat. We also started with several appetizers, including the Spanish tortilla, pan con tomate, and the Bikini sandwich which is my absolute favorite dish at this restaurant. I honestly don’t understand how a sandwich with such simple ingredients can taste so unbelievably good, but it does.

The food is fantastic and the restaurant itself is spectacular. I highly recommend it. If you ever have the chance, make sure to visit this place you’ll definitely thank me later.

A little rocky in the beginning trying to figure out how the menu works but our server was wonderful and explained everything. I shared dinner with the love of my life and it was amazing. All the different types of dishes and flavors were mind blowing. Its definitely a once in a lifetime but id like to go back at least once a month. Prepare to spend at least $150 for dinner but you’ll see its worth the experience!

My family and I had a wonderful experience at Jaleo! We got the Eat Like Jose tasting menu and it was absolutely delicious. The food couldn’t have been better! Our waiter Andrew was fantastic and educated us about each course as it was brought out. We especially loved the mussels and the tuna. Everything was amazing and the dessert was a perfect finale. Thank you also to Skarlet the manager!
I didn’t take any pictures except for one of our desserts because we were too busy enjoying!

The Jaleo $75pp experience was wonderful. Our server Alexander was excellent and described our tastings very well. Our favorites were the goat cheese cone and the goat cheese pepper but everything was perfect. We did not leave hungry.
