Will only offer a deal if you order online . (( as if using a phone to place an order is unacceptable obviously)) then if you do choose to place your order online, it’s not convenient or user friendly .. (( can not get pick up to come up as an option , automatically defaults to delivery adding delivery charge )) with no way of changing it. I called to let them know and see if they knew (( which she replied she didn’t know how and wasn’t able to pull it up )) and they still won’t honor any deals via the phone.

Ordered from here, waited over an hour for my pizza, which I would understand if it were a high volume time. But I can put that aside when my order is fresh and made correctly. Items were missing off my pizza, there was some kind of mystery juice all over the box (wasn’t grease, I checked) pizza was cold, wings were plain even though they were supposed to be garlic parm and they were cold too! I waited so long for all this food that came to me cold. Which makes me think that it just sat. It’s upsetting because I spent $50 for this food that tastes not even mediocre. Ive ordered from Papa Johns many times (not from this location before because I just moved here) and it has been amazing, my favourite pizza place. But this one, honestly, is awful.

So I ordered here, and the money was taken out of my account. I haven’t been to this location in a while because of how many problems I’ve had from the past. I decided to give it a try tonight, and boy was that a mistake! I ordered the food, the money was taken out of my account, but they couldn’t find my order in their system. I asked the cashier if I needed to re-order the order. She said yes. I did so. When we got to the Store, the lady refused to give us the food saying that we hadn’t paid. Even though we had proof that we did pay. I ordered this food for my three children, which I’ve been waiting for over 35 minutes for this pizza. Now we’re having to go to snappy tomatoes and order pizza again because it’s Papa John’s fell through yet again. It’s sad that they want to waste someone’s time and hard-earned money and make children who are hungry (which is why we chose to do pizza) suffer and wait longer. All I can say is shame on them. I hope $27 was worth losing a customer over. I will never order from here again.

Would like to start this off with this isn’t a review on the food quality. This is a comment made for the well-being of my hometown. I can count on my hand the number of times I have witnessed, whoever drives the big black truck (obviously a employee because the sign on their vehicle) blatantly use their phone for whatever reason as they drive. I wish no ill will to this business, as I love this community and wish prosperity. However. The safety of family, friends, and strangers in between is more important. Please be more cautious. Food is usually hot and fresh… my only issue is they tell me they don’t deliver to my road, but my next door neighbor gets deliveries from them… we live on the same private drive, on the same side (directly next door), and they are closest the dead end. I’ve talked to my neighbors and they do not know anyone that works there…

I like Papa johns but I have had a couple issues nothing that was the local stores fault. It was an issue with my order not going through online but it took my money. I did get the money back the next day but I had to cover a $50 bill twice. I imagine some people don’t have an extra $50 (even for a day) to cover food twice.

I have repeatedly ordered using no contact and yet they continue to insist on waiting and knocking and waiting and knocking. We use no contact delivery for a reason. I have also never received the drinks I order without having to call the store at least twice. Today is my last straw. I ordered food to be delivered to my home, no contact, for someone in my home who is deaf and immunocompromised. The driver waited and knocked for over 10 minutes. Called someone who CANNOT answer a telephone call and then sat in the street and waited even longer. And the order is messed up yet again. Get it together !
