This location must only have part-time good customer service. Today my pizza with spinach was dry and cold when it arrived. The manager stated that the spinach should be dry and crispy. She didn’t care about my concerns and became rude when I requested that she offer something or even allow me to return it. I have never received a pizza like this before or poor customer service.

This is what Papa John’s finds acceptable to give to customers. When I called, the manager blamed it on me for picking up the food late. Should have read the reviews prior to ordering that mentioned how rude the manager was. Will not order from this location again!

This is the old pizza I received from this Papa John’s . They were rude about it and refused to admit sending this old pizza out for delivery. There was no cheese or sauce. I sat on the phone with corporate for an hour and a half before getting the remake. Pic on the left is obviously the remake. I will never be back ever and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone I cared about! Horrible experience!!!

Twice they gave me pizza that barely had sauce and cheese and was slightly burnt. The girl who works there with long nails was rude but gave me my money back. Ordered a pizza online as I usually do. Got the 3 topping special and one of the toppings was missing. Called in and spoke to the manager Justin. He was very kind. Immediately apologized. All I had asked for was maybe some extra points towards my account since I didn’t want to wait for another pizza. Instead he put into their system that next time I order to call in and I can get the same pizza for free. Have always loved papa johns this is the first time I’ve ever had an issue, and I have no complaints at all on how it was handled.
