I love zeros. Im unsure what is going on now with them if they hired someone incompetent or what. Everytime I order from here now it’s half assed and missing add ons. I ordered a chicken Philly with extra cheese and mushroom with mayo for my mom. It is literally just loaded with so much mayo it’s ridiculous. Barely any cheese and no mushrooms. Very disappointed since I’ve come here for years. I’d always tell people they have the best subs!! Not anymore!! This is the 3rd strike.

Stopped in for a quick takeout meal yesterday, and honestly was surprised by the quality! The turkey and cheese had light mayo and light tomato which was refreshing. The ladies behind the counter definitely worked hard and put effort into the to-go order. Definitely was cheaper and better than the quality the subways are doling out anymore!

The Grinder is my go to. I added fries today. Fries needed salt but the ranch dip made it work. Grinder was phenomonal as always. Friendly, quick service.

HUGE shoutout to Autum for putting my sub together with ease and expertise at the same time running a tight ship! (I ordered a Philly w/extra everything! :D)
Also to the other gentlemen on shift: Linden and Makhai for being responsible and helping me out with the menu!!

I ordered this meatball sub extra toasted and with extra cheese. The oven went out while making our sandwiches so I took the sub semi toasted. No problem with that. My problem was the dry cheese deficient sandwich I received. I called to give them a chance to make it right. I was told I had to bring the sandwich back and they would remake it but they were behind because the oven went out. Look at this sandwich and tell me if this makes any sense. The sauce does not even cover the bread and I did not receive extra cheese. I didn’t even ask for a refund. I just wanted them to give me a partial refund. At least the cheese. DANG. ZEROS ON CHESAPEAKE BLVD IN NORFOLK. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE.

I have been ordering from this location for a long time & we ordered tonight a Philly steak & turkey sub. The turkey sub had 2 long I think fat off the turkey, very disgusting ( looked like a worm) plus there was hardly any meat on both subs. We ordered whole subs but had to put all the meat on one half of sub. Very disappointing and I’m done with this location. When you spend $30 on 2 subs there should be meat & no slimy things in your sub. We should have checked the subs before we left but we shouldn’t have to.

Got the 2 for Tues special ($14.99 was like 17 after tax) and scored two Grinders. I got mine with the hot peppers and thought it was excellent with the sub being toasted and all. Called ahead for easy pick up. Not sure if the pinball machine works but I’ll check it next time!

This is the best zeros in my opinion. This locations been here for many years I’ve been here very many times. Have brought coworkers friends and family here. Foods always hot and delicious staff is always friendly and welcoming. Keep up the excellent work for thumbs up five stars you will continue to get my service for years to come

Been coming to this location on and off since I was a kid. My family got subs and there was a long black textured curly hair in my Philly!! I was so repulsed I couldn’t take another bite. People need to work wear better hair nets or something.

This store continues to take my money and laugh at your customers when they don’t get what was paid for. Paying extra money for extra cheese and don’t even get cheese at all on either sub, along with several other issues before even getting there. It’s called integrity and stealing money from locals that have been customers for 20 years plus isn’t funny to me. Management needs to be on site at night or you’re going to lose all the folks that have been going here for years due to letting kids run the place without supervision. I will be bringing these two subs back to the store in the morning to discuss with an adult manager regarding the people working tonight that could care less about the future of this business, at least it seems based on the service provided tonight.
