Ive been using this dunkin for a while now cause its very convenient for my job. This morning I ordered my usual donut and iced coffee. They have me pull up as usual. I waited about 20 minutes until I got fed up and went Inside. They told me they had to make more iced coffee but the person in back of me got their order quick. They need to do better.

20 minutes for a single beverage in the drive thru. Line out through the road, no parking, you will be asked to pull forward just to have to go inside and get your order. If you don’t have an hour for 1 drink don’t go to this location. Staff is rude.

Very slow service. We ordered two drinks and one order of the bagel bites. Were told to pull up as every other car probably to show that the drive thru timing is quick for corporate. Coffee was very milky and food was cold. Very disappointed. Plus we waited 18 minutes for bagel bites.

No one waits on you when you’re in there you could stand there forever and no one will wait on you. Can’t believe someone actually hired these people to work there there was one good employee she’s always overworked. I saw more people walk out then actually got waited on Starbucks is right down the street after all these years it will now be my go-to place they need to get a whole new crew in that place

We came to this Dunkin around 11, and immediately once we got to the register the woman taking our order was impatient and rude. We were very clear about our orders but she continuously told us “hold on!” And had a terrible attitude. It was extremely unprofessional. We placed an order on the screen afterwards for something else and waited 10-15 minutes just to go up to the register and find out it wasn’t even available…. 15 minutes for 2 donuts that weren’t even available and they didn’t even bother to tell us! Customer service matters!

Why not just fill it up all the way?… when people ask for light ice it’s not that hard.
Edit- I tried to give them another chance went there asked for very light ice this time and they filled it all the way to the top with ice (I drank it in a few seconds because there was more ice than drink).

Shoutout to Nicole at the Southern Trace Dunkin. She is REALLY killing it at her job. She is SO incredibly kind and friendly and her customer service is amazing. My best friend and I visited this location recently and we were helped by Nicole and she really is super knowledgeable about everything and made us feel right at home.

This is the most un-organized Dunkin i have ever visited
People have to wait longer than 10 minutes for orders. The frustration is visible on customers faces and the staff ignores everyone in line

I use the drive up five days out of the week only because it’s the closest Dunkin’ to my house. I would say three days out of the five my coffee is made wrong and it’s a very simple order. The staff is completely unqualified to even make a cup of coffee. Apparently, their orders are timed at the drive through because as soon as you pay, they ask you to pull up into a parking spot to wait for somebody to come out with your order. If I wanted to do all that i would go inside. Today, after they made my coffee wrong I refused to pull into a parking spot because I didn’t want to continue to be inconvenienced so that they could look like, they’re being efficient for whatever timer they’re on. A young man had the nerve to tell me rudely.Next time we tell you to move forward, you have to move forward. I don’t know who he thinks he was talking to, but that is not the type of customer service I pay for. Shannon Clemens is the district manager and needs to do better or let someone else lead.
