We just picked up our pizza (Friday night) so the store was VERY busy. Ashley and Jack were super polite, friendly, and professional through the chaos of the dinner time rush. While waiting in line we got to watch the rest of the crew make pizzas like nobody’s business. It was cool to see how efficiently the store was ran.

The food is just not good. The pizza crust is akin to cardboard. I had to recut the slices because the precuts were surface level. The sauce and cheese flavor just falls flat leaving you with such disappointment after expecting a rich, decadent, and savory bite. The pizza crust is stiff and bland. The garlic knots were burnt on the outside and undercooked inside leaving me with a mouth full of dough-I am hoping I don’t get sick-but I’m guessing they were cooked too fast which is why the outside was burnt while the inside was nearly raw. The service for in-store pick up was fine, albeit meaningless because of the quality of the food. The only tolerable part of the meal was the marinara that came with the garlic knots. Their pizza and garlic knots looks nothing like advertised, which might be acceptable, if the food was good to eat. This was a waste of a cheat meal. Oh, and I requested light cheese and that was not provided.

We called the store and were placed on hold for over 27 minutes.
When someone finally answered, they stated they had switched items due to “supply issues” — without informing us in advance.
The manager then took the call, said they would issue a refund, and hung up abruptly without confirming or closing the conversation.
This level of service is unprofessional and unacceptable.
We will no longer be ordering from this location.

Please shut down.
Without provocation, I’ve received 2 redemption coupons based on the pizza I ordered and received. It didn’t stop at the pizza either, instead I’ve had to wait 2hrs before receiving my order. Although the photo I have shared does not tell the whole story, it is nonetheless NOT what I ordered. I asked for lite cheese and against my wishes, I received the normal amount and what even seems to be excessive amount of cheese. I requested my pizza to be well done and wouldn’t you know it, the pizza arrived as a normal bake.
I’m not sure why this location seems to fall short every single time but, I can’t imagine a world where the quality of pizza you’ve come to normalize will lead to success.

Ordered a Large Pizza tonight with Extra Extra Cheese. When it got delivered what a huge disappointment. Call in to the store to speak with a manager to tell her the crust was very thin and not up to the standard also it wasn’t extra extra cheese on the pizza as we ordered. She says well we are using fresh dough are truck didn’t come today so we had to drive to another state to get dough smh then said there is cup they use to measure cheese so we can’t go over that measurement well what am I paying for extra cheese for you won’t give me extra cheese. Overall just a terrible experience and I won’t be ordering from this papa John’s any longer as this is the second time something like this has happened.

walked in asked for my pizza got put on the counter and said just have to wait for her to get off the computer to check you out. 10 min later and after the girlwent through every item on the menu for these people while i stand there food getting cold. second i asked for this pizza well done and it was extremly under done. doughy and floppy. will not be back to this location. they are deff missing the person who does it better here.

Order was over an hour to be delivered, when checking the app showed it was on its way for 40mins. Tried calling the store but we never got ahold of anyone. Absolutely no communication. We could of went to the store and got a frozen pizza, come home, made it and still have time to spare faster than this store.

terrible quality. dough is thin and hard in some spots, some slices are like 40% crust because the sauce and toppings are not distributed evenly. insane that this is the standard. here’s a photo for comparison. what it’s supposed to look like vs what i got.

Food was good however, the pizza slices didn’t start until the middle of each pizza. Weird to explain but there was much more bread crust than actual pizza.
